Subway, Ocala FL

Joy and Mark are friendly and efficient. They were slammed packed and they served everyone with a smile and went above and beyond. I highly recommend this subway always friendly staff.

Really sucks when you want Subway and they are closed but yet there sogn says they are open.

The sandwiches are good.but the counter person.her name was Adele.was not pleasant.seemed annoyed as I ordered.a person walked in to place an order.she rolled her eyes in annoyance that another person came in.like we were bothering her.sucking her teeth.rolling her eyes.annoyed with any questions.the other girl had an open sore on her face.not covered with a bandage.red and sore.almost looked infected by the entire area of sore.not what you want to see while ordering your meal.or looking at while she prepared your food.again food was good.but the counter experience was awful.

Did not have cookies made. Said it would take 10 minutes. I agreed to wait then was told it would be an added 10 to 15 before she would sell them. Left store. I am not from the area, but would not return if I was.

I don't look clean, I may be. The sandwich was great as always. It's kind of dark inside. The sandwich was GREAT.

Lettice on tuna sub was white, not green and tomatoes were pale. BLT sub was okay
. This chain needs a makeover.

It's a subway. Wasn't too busy so I got my sandwiches quickly. The subartist was friendly, communicated well and made my sandwiches as I requested. The subs were well made and as I expected, again it's subway. Overall very pleasant experience

Workers are incompetent. Ive orders from many subways but this one can't get anything right. Mayonnaise is on half the sandwich and never do they put extra of anything on an online order. When going in some workers have an attitude as if I'm annoying them by being there. I've had to walk out mid build of the sub cause I was being treated as a nuisance. I'll gladly take the time to drive 3x the distance for a different subway before ordering anything from this store.

Rude staff older gentleman named mark is always rude when me and my family goes inside to order, it always seems like we’re bothering him and he gives us the nastiest looks and makes comments under his breath.he also looks at you like your stupid and shakes his head.he definitely doesn’t like his job.

This location is amazing! Fresh food, clean, great customer service! I recommend visiting this location!

Waiting for my sandwich to be made and five people waiting behind me when her young man came in and the lady stopped making my sandwich and waited on him, ignoring that there were five other people in line she served him and then got back to the sandwich, no apology, very rude business practice. Approximately 530 Friday evening. February 17,2023.

Perfectly fine place. However this is a dig at subway as a company and not the employees. The cupons are a scam and don't mention that your total is not going to be what the cupons says and excludes even more sandwiches than physically listed on the cupons. Employees dont have the power to make it right and as someone in the business of customer service cupon leniency means alot.

Ordered our meal than asked if they were hiring, was looked at rudely than asked rudely if I was serious when I said I was the older gentleman that had been responding said duh everyone in America is hiring. Definitely not going back and not someone anyone should want to be part of a team with.
