Subway, Wauchula FL

So yes it’s Christmas Eve. I pulled upto the window. Sat there and waited 10 minutes before the employee opened the window. Even thou he watched me pull up. When he opened the window. He proceeded to ask me to move because its cash only and the person behind me had already been there they had to leave to goto the bank. Not trying to sound rude but I have been sitting there for 10 minutes now you want me to move so you can take care of them first. Sad thing is I work in the restaurant business and I would never ask someone to move outa line because the person that just pulled up was here prior but had to leave to get cash. Smh
When I told him I would just go somewhere else he said ok. Way to go.

I waited almost 30 minutes for my order and it was cold by the time I got it and they couldn’t do anything for my order. So I got my food cold and couldn’t have it remade.

After waiting over 30 mins in line, it was finally my turn. I do not blame the person working as she was alone trying her best to keep up with in-store and online orders. I blame the management who knew she was going to be alone due to a call-out. In usual fashion, bread selection and availability of items was scarce. Again, this is a management issue. This has been an ongoing issue. The lady working by herself was very apologetic to everyone. This is also extremely un-safe for one worker to be alone. She had no one to call if anything happened or help at the dinner rush.
Wauchula subway is fortunate that they are the only sandwich shop available.

I like the service. They don't slice the meat in front of you. You don't know how long the meat as been sitting there. They hardly put any meat on the bun

This particular Subway is the worst I've ever been to. The customer service is bad, the employees attitudes are bad, nothing ever seems to work in there. For instance the toaster has been broke for the last 3 weeks. I knew it was broken but didn't know if it was fixed or not so I tried to call you see if it was fixed before I made the trip up there. All I got was the busy signal. Upon arrival I was informed that the toaster is still broken and the reason I kept getting a busy signal is because the phone is broken. After I expressed my disappointment the employee had the nerve to say "take care" in a very sarcastic manner. That place is a joke! Don't waste your time or money.

Don't go through their drive through. They will see you there and still make you wait 30 minutes.worst subway ever.

I highly recommend you request Amanda to prepare your subs! She's the best sandwich artist at this subway! Don't forget to tip!

Came here for a quick dinner for my family of five and although they weren't speedy about it; seemed like a shift change was happening. They still got us our sandwiches and were friendly and patient.

My 5 yr old daughter is pretty picky, but she ate the entire thing and ended up saying " mmmmmm n THATS how u make a good sandwhich! "

Patooey. Yuck. I ordered online a veggie pizza. Recieved a call from store employee stating no round crusts. I said Flatizza Veggie pizza would be fine. Should've checked bag before leaving the store Inside was a flat bread folded over cold congealed mess. It was a Flatbread un toasted cold had salami or some other weird meat on it. It was totally gross. A cold mess. We were already too far down the road to take it back to them. Threw it away. Employees need to read orders better.

Just had a great experience, thanks to Cindy, who went above and beyond in her service. Will start visiting this location more!

There is always something going on at yhat store. No salt no bread no meat no toaster no drinks no ice Today the computer was down.

Terrible…had the Doordash driver text me because the didn’t have the ingredients to make a sub I ordered. Then they got my order messed up. Now they don’t even answer their phone (tried the number posted online like 8 times) …crazy

Great place to eat healthy food at a good price way better than McDonald's Burger King or Wendy's

I wish i had the power to close this franchise store permanently both the ownership and management are incompetent, the store is run down and dirty both the kitchen and point of sale equipment is always broken and nothing works including the staff.they work when they want to, otherwise they lock up and sit outside the storefront and smoke.don't eat here not worth the $16.00, you would be better off driving to Bartow to Publix and getting a sub from them at least they care

Marvin the only guy who can make a sandwich taste good dude hook it up real nice and the his costumer service is great recommend u try it

Marvin was great he greeted us from the door and made an amazing sandwich he was patient with us and it turned out really good if you go have him make ur sandwich Thanks kind sir

Food was ordered online. It was cold when I receive it. Bread wasn't toasted. The service was excellent, greeted with a smile. Very friendly and polite.
