Horrible experience with the manager Chris. He is rude and continued to talk over me when I was addressing a concern.
I occasionally do doordash and had never been in this subway until today when I got an order for here. When I walked in the guy was complaining about how doordashers get their too quickly. I don't control when the app sends me orders, doordash does.
From other reviews it seems like the workers like to complain and argue with people.
I was willing to wait for the food had it not been made yet, I do know how to be a patient person.
Called me a liar the last time I was there. Their prices keep going up for the same item. Talking and laughing over all the exposed food while they are making the sandwich. I'll never go there again. They can get their money to pay for the millionaires in their commercials from somewhere else.
We've used this subway several times now as it has proven way better than the other subways in the area. Food is fresh and tasty and everyone has been so friendly
Young, arrogant jerk walked out of the storage room and said, “How many subs? ” I told him I’d like a wrap. He said nothing while throwing together my order, seemingly disgusted with his job and me. I could not believe I tipped him (out of habit) and now want my $1.15 back.
So I got a wrap for $10 which I could have easily made myself for $3 and dodged this surely jerk. I only went there for convenience but will not make that mistake again. Bye Subway on Toledo Blade. Never again.

Worst costumer service ever! I went inside but order through the app because only online they have the coupons. But the guy inside was very rude because he knew I was the one placing the order. He almost didn't want to make the order. He DIDN'T STOP SAYING how bad is to use the app instead of ordering there. Bottom point of is that we actually understood that he is racist and was arguing about everything. The store was empty by the time he finished, so he wasn't even rush, and it was only 9: 00 am can't imagine him later during the rest of the day. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
