They dont take Coupons. Nobody can explain me why not. They forget sauce on my Sandwiches. The prezel Stick was dry. I should get a free cookie. Nothing. Not a single napkin in the bag. I never will use this store again, absolutly terrible

Good but not great. The footlong cookie was a little underdone as were the subs. But it was okay overall, also only had one employee working. Get the poor girl some help!

Ordered on the app because I saw a commercial for bogo if you order on the app. Put my order through and it said successful and took my payment. Got a call just before I went to pick up and they said they canceled my order because they dont do promotions. If you dont take promotions it shouldn't let my order go through and take my money. Hopefully I do get my money back. I'm sure this location is losing a lot of business since they dont do any promotions. People want deals! I'll stick with pub subs.

TRASH LOCATION. Refused to make my online order & when we were asked the reasoning the retarded cashier stated “now you can wait till tomorrow for your refund” & voided our order because there was a coupon applied ONLINE. The ratchet girl is lucky I didn’t knock the two teeth she has left out.

The poor thing was pathetic.lots of green peppers and onions.a pinch of beef.no, not even a pinch. SAD. Such a bad way to do business.

Constant issues with this location. After today I've decided to review.

Several times I have been in early afternoon (before 2pm) to be told they're out of several breads and will not be making more.

Twice I've been in and chose to eat inside and was not allowed to use restroom. It was cleaned and closed for evening. Tho it was hours prior to closing.

Today I go in and order. The girl tells me she needs a moment, no problem. She comes out a few times, goes back. Finally, after literal 20min of waiting, I ask what is going on. I find out they're out of provolone, they offer American. I decline. I ask if I can have the mozzarella and they let me know it will have an upcharge. Seriously? After 20min of waiting, not having the correct item, the right thing to do is upcharge?

It shows how poor the ownership of this location cares about the customers. They don't reply to any of the complaints or compliments. Staff give the usual line of this is not a corporate store and the owner doesn't care, to quote the lady on the phone. They are listed as a participant of Subway promotions, accept the order online and take my money. The call me up stating the owner says they won't honor corporate coupons and will refund my money, when ever. Not good and will cost this location in lost revenue. Never use this store for parties either, Publix is better and around the corner.

I ordered through the app and it was cancelled. Store said Door Dash didn't pick up Store was happy to charge my debit card but it's been a week and will not issue a refund!

Sign on door states not accepting advertised national coupons. If it's a subway coupon you should accept period

Miss Sara is awesome! So nice and helpful. They sammiches were perfect too. Not slacking on the peppers at all!

The only reason we come here is for the Spanish woman who works here. She's always working alone at night. She knows us by name and I can't remember hers for the life of me. She knows what we like on our subs which ones and everything. She's always so kind and always always makes us smile. The quality of the food eh it's so so the bathrooms are never open when we go but we like coming here cause she's so sweet.

My experience is that the workers there are awesome and.in my opinion underpaid.

This is my personal subway. The manager is hard working and she makes the best sandwiches. All the employees are friendly and the store is clean and neat. 5/5

Very easy to order off the subway app. Sub was made perfectly as ordered. Very even portions of all toppings and chicken. Sub tasted amazing and I worked definitely order another and be willing to try other subs on the menu.

Subs were pitiful and when I called the store, the manager on duty stated that’s all the owner of the store allows them to put on it. Worse subs I ever had from there. And to top it off, the manager has no empathy and hung up on me…WOW!

Now I go to Publix and get larger more quality subs for less!

In all the years I never had bad service and just moved here from Chicago the woman who waited on me was so rude saying we don’t take those I said those what she said coupons this is the very first time in thirty years someone said that they don’t take subway coupons, I heard Publix makes subs went in there first time ever it was the best experience I’d ever had and the Italian sub was great, so subway you lost my business because I buy on an average one to three subs a week

This is BY FAR the best subway I've ever eaten at. The customer service was above and beyond! She made my sandwich with great care and made sure it was exactly what I wanted and needed. I even went in late at night and she was happy to make my favorite tuna sub with great care after most ingredients were put away and cleaned up! Thank you!
