14 Horrible the employees acted like this was their first day and had very bad manners.
Altogether it was a bad experience
The customer service at this place is horrific. The two elderly ladies were very slow, and their whole attitude towards the customer screams that they don't want to be there. They were not welcoming at all. It is such an ideal location, but the turn off is the disgruntled employees who should never be frontline workers. The one who is the manager is awful.late to open, doesn't care to interact with the customers, mumbling derogatory comments. Is it too much to ask to be greeted with a smile. They are not good for Subway marketing image.
Stopped in for a sandwich. Found out that they did not have the veggie. Patty. The person I spoke with said that they would not keep in the refrigerator long enough to be profitable. I suggested perhaps he freezes them like most of the stores do. Apparently that would be too much work. I would recommend going to the one up by Fowler they have it going on!
This is the worst sandwich shop you could possibly go to.
I've lived in Temple Terrace my whole life in this place has been here the majority of it and it's never been a good place to visit.
Was just at Subway and the guy makin the sandwiches was awesome his name is Jay makes the best sandwiches nice guy he is there Tuesday Thur Saturday! 2-close he makes Awesome Sandwiches
Though they were out of the exact me I needed for my sandwich, they were willing to substitute and make us happy. I appreciate it so much. We had already been driving for about 10 hours and we're very hungry

A few people walk out because of her. On lady said this manager still works here and left the subway. I would never go there myself.
Stood in line for 15mins one lady was taking all of the orders. Out of the blue she tells me that the person in front of me will be her last customer. I replied excuse me not after I stood in this line. I asked for the manager and the lady started yelling at me. I felt threated for my life. I asked the lady am I being treated like this because of my skin color?
Horrible customer service. The first time, I had a coupon and when I told the guy he commented "this people", I guess because I'm Hispanic, for me is a really racist comment. He keep looking us in a really intimidating way with a horrible aptitude. The second time the same guy in the morning shift, I get 6 foot long and he just roll his eyes at me because it was a big order and complaining about it. The "lady" get mad because she didn't hear the 3 times I told her to add tomato and she complained to me I did tell her not tomato when I did tell her yes. I will never ever visit this restaurant again. Rude and Bad employees will make your company go down.
If you’re thinking about going to Subway, avoid this one. All the employees are slow, they never have anything you want. This place sucks and thats being nice.
I thought " HAVE IT YOU WAY" is the slogan. The older white lady needs to not work in customer service nor prepare food for this company. She is very very rude and at first I thought she was just prejudice, but nooooo she talks to all races crazy. I've sent two letters to corporate on her and my coworkers have also sent complaints. 2weeks ago, I even processed an online order and still had to defend my sandwich to be made as listed on the order ticket. Same night a woman had to stop her husband from going inside to argue for he was ranting about service and his order. I guess only a video will be the best proof/receipt.
If I could rate this location a DOUBLE ZERO, I certainly would. The customer service is terrible. Pam, the alleged manager, is the worst. I made an online order and came in to pick it up. The order had NOT been prepared and Pam was preparing my sandwich as I came in. As I watched her prepare the sandwich, I politely asked for a little more lettuce to be added to the sandwich. Pam immediately got an attitude and aggravated.
She said to me “don’t you make an online order and come in here and start making requests. If you want your sandwich a special way, you can just come back here and prepare it yourself. ”
Over lettuce, lady? I then requested that she stop preparing my order and refund me immediately. Her temperament was so uncalled for and she was unapologetic about her behavior. I will be trying to contact her GM. She was the worst Subway employee I’ve ever met. DO NOT patronage this Subway nor have Pam prepare your meal. She should be in the back baking bread or prepping. Pam should NEVER interact with customers.
Guy that made my sandwich was good but Pam was really rude and has attitude issues that really need to advised
