Subway, Jacksonville FL

Most unprofessional subway I've been to yet. Set in the middle of the hospital, you'd think they'd be better prepared with their food. Me and 3 of my associates decided to stop by for the new foot long pretzels they have. We had 40 minutes to get our lunch, eat and get back to work. After waiting in line for 10mins, found out they needed to be thawed, so no lunch for us from them.

I had the pleasure of being served by a wonderful young lady today, and I couldn't be more impressed. From her warm greeting to the meticulous preparation of my sandwich, she demonstrated exceptional customer service. Her genuine kindness, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for her work made my experience truly delightful. Kudos to her for making my lunch memorable.

Terrible service every time I visit but I put up with it because I love Subway sandwiches. The staff is unfriendly and don't seemed to be concerned about the customer.

Mr Rodney is amazing! He has a big smile, jokes around, and makes a good sub! He was awesome

Only experience sandwich makers are stationed at that location. The sandwiches are very good.

I would've given the atmosphere 5 stars except this location is in the hospital and I'm always going to associate it with one of the last meals I had when my grandfather passed away. But the service was good and the food was Subway!

Server apparently was having a bad day. Everything I said irritated her. She than put too much mustard & mayonnaise to where it just dripped out every time we took a bite. She was definitely not there to please the customer. I will not be going back to that Subway. Than while I was sitting there eating she was telling another co-worker how irritated she was because I ask it to be cut
in half. Just very rude.

Sleeping on the job! And the most unfriendly Subway staff I have come across. No hello, no smile, or basic customer service. The one gal was nice.

Bad customer service, the lady making sandwiches acted as though she didn't want to be there, short and snippy, no smile, asked for a few jalapeños and she loaded it down! An employee who brings their problems or attitude to the job is a huge turn off for customers. Being that it's located in a hospital where no one wants to be the employees should be warm, welcoming and kind.smile! Remember your attitude is contagious and people in the hospital setting can use a little TLC and a smile goes a long way!

Generally good options but occasional problems with drink fountain. Many seating options but part of the area opens to general hospital walkway.

Every time I go which is around 7-8 pm they never have food prepared. Last night I went and they had no rotisserie chicken, and no onions. It was not busy. Will not return to this location. Food is always slim pickings. Never stocked.
