Subway, Orlando FL

Order a pizza sub and and paid for extra meat and cheese sub came with no meat and one slice of cheese. I’ll never order from here again. Ridiculous.

Absolutel worst subway I’ve been to in Orlando. Ordered Buy one get one 2 footlongs from here from the subway app, and they completely forgot my chips and sauce that I requested on there. The customer service here is not the greatest at all.

Carmen has a really bad actitud, also whack out my food was incomplete. When back to the store she get worse

Stopped here after scooping Leah from the airport. We’re both very tired and it’s close to the hotel. Good food. Great service

This is recently renovated and quite clean! The food is still a Subway but it beats Mc Donalds!:)

Awesome small location. Looks cozy and food was great. Employees are amazing! Great customer service and productivity.

Placed a mobile order for 2 subs my first buffalo chicken sub was fine but my second sub I ordered a all American club sandwich that comes with turkey ham and bacon and it only had turkey not even cheese. Turkey and lettuce is what I ate and to top it all off I did not check my order until I reached my destination. Who eats a sub with just Turkey and lettuce and no cheese? And now that I’m looking at the pictures the Turkey had purple spots. 100% unacceptable and not what I paid for.

Don’t think I will ever go to this subway again…

This location it has no experience at all with customer I order a footlong with drinks and ships they print the receipt and stick it in the bag when the delivery hand me the bag no ships no soda this location are dump stupid I will never order from this location you should check the orders before giving it to uber eat I do not recommend this location at all never go to this location they just keeping themselves busy with the phone the whole day and they do not know what they are doing a supervisor who supposed to check orders she is just hanging over there presell Williamson I do not think she is a right supervisor at all she has no experience at all missing customer order mean u have no experience just show off

I went today to get some subs and there was this one lady who took our order who was completely rude the whole time, it looks like she didn’t want to work there. Whenever we would ask for a specific sauce on our sandwich should would barley put any so I asked her once again if she can add sauce to it and she grabbed it and acted like she put some sauce but didn’t even pour anything, she did the same with my mom, very bad service, and I’ve never had this experience at a subway cause the employees are usually nice and helpful but her, she was rude and i as soon as we left the restaurant she smiled like if she was laughing at us

Cashier made a point to tell my husband and I that Jesus loves us.
I did not order a sandwich and a religious conversation. I will take my sub without any input from an actual stranger about my or anyone's religion-thanks. It was unprofessional and made us super uncomfortable.

Came in today, and the cashier thought that i needed to be preached to, about "jesus's love". It wouldve been one thing, if at the end all he says is "god bless" but no, as i was turning to get my drink, he got my attention, and was like "i just want both of you to know, that jesus loves you". If i wouldve known that my order came with a sermon, i wouldve gone somewhere else.

The food was great. They made my sandwiche perfect. Would definitely stop at this location if I'm passing through again. Highly recommend

Best subway I’ve ever been to. They are always consistent, foods always fresh. Makes you want to frequent. Job well done - wish I could give more stars

Customer service: 0 stars! Good afternoon I am leaving a review because I had the worst customer service experience ever. I was at the subway on Perkins and orange by cerveza house betweem245-305 may 13,2023an older lady and younger lady were working at the time they were extremely rude judging me in front of my face at the way I was ordering I order like this daily at subways and it is never a problem. As I was ordering everything I was saying came out as a burden to them. The older lady was talking about me too my face by saying I am being extra and doing too much literally gossiping about me in my face. I am very tempted to call corporate or unless the manager/owner of this specific subway responds to my review in a well fit manner with a resolution. I felt so uncomfortable the whole time because I couldn't go anywhere else because I was on a tight schedule.need a time I told her I told her I was a burden that.

Carmen was the person taking my order, absolutely horrible and rude customer service, one of the members of my party was having trouble spitting out what he was trying to say, and when i helped him she shut me down with "I'm talking to him.when I'm done with him, I'll talk to you. " with very exaggerated body language that said rude all over.i would give it a 0 star if i could.

Shae, the employee is meaner than a junkyard dog. She makes good "samishes" though.

This person completely ignored me and then her back on me even if the subway location says it’s open until 10 pm and it’s it 9: 46PM

Their OPEN sign is also still ON

So every knows my comment is a little bias because I go to this subway all the time. It is a really good subway. You're greeted with a smile most of the time. The sandwiches are always on point. Good people. Good food
