Subway, Miami Springs FL

We ordered two breakfast sandwiches. Lazara was very kind and patient as the App was taking forever to load, to redeem a promotion. She was extremely kind and helpful. Good was great.

Ordered catering and they missed 2 subs, and had almost the complete order wrong. Never again.

Very friendly and efficient staff, however i called the store and was told they do not speak English and was hung up on. (3 different toppings were unavailable and 1 option of cheese, which wasn’t even a big issue) Went into store, both employees were unable to understand my bread was wrong due to language barrier. Need English speaking workers in addition… not just Spanish… just bad for business experience. Particularly for us as tourists.

One of the best Subways I've ever had the opportunity to visit. Extremely clean and organized. Kind and polite staff. Very different from others we see out there. Congratulations to the team! Great!

Great please the employees were excellent. They were fast and efficient and very respectful. Especially one worker in particular. Efrain had a great customer service was super respectful and went above and beyond helped us to our seats.and made us laugh. Best experience I had in a fast food industry.

Got food poisoning from the turkey sandwich (supposed to be chicken teriyaki). Got sick on Aruba next day for a day and a half. Thanks

The service is excellent but the times I have gone something is always missing, I don't know that they supply enough and they are next to a hotel. I would like to continue going because the girls are very good but I am happy just for that.
It's the only Subway I've seen lacking almost everything.

Typical Subway. Clean and good food. Sketchy neighborhood. Staff made me feel that I was in a 3rd world country. I speak Spanish pretty well but this staff spoke a Cuban dialect and refused to understand simple English. What is so difficult about "sour dough bread? " Won't be back.

I have only had the dine in experience.employees were kind, presentable, and even offered suggestions for deals and discounts. They seem ro often run out of selections due to order volume.

When you order delivery, they send you whatever they want, not good! In short, do not order delivery!

Very good treatment by the employees but the manager speaks very badly to the employees and shouts a lot
