To anybody looking for help and sure to get results from TMS success has made a great difference in my life was a pleasure with the staff understanding helpful always there when I needed them I couldn't be more happy from my treatment and I recommended highly for anybody who's feeling a little depressed or anxiety I had panic attacks before I haven't had any and I can stand up for myself now thanks again TMS

At this point I’m fully convinced Monica and Olivia are actually angels. The experience I’ve had here is like no other clinic. Monica and Olivia care about your health and well-being like you’re a family member. You will always be safe and supported here. While you’re on this mental health journey you have the kindest people here supporting you. Even if you aren’t feeling well outside your appointment hours they’re happy to pick up the phone and call you, check ok you and see how you’re doing. They decorated out of their own pockets to make the place feel more like home and less like a doctors office. When they were having trouble getting the main company to get refills on drinks for the patients they bought coffee on their own. They are kind unlike any other health professional I’ve encountered. It was actually hard leaving the last appointment because it felt great coming to this office. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you are struggling, they will be here for you always. Give them a try. This location is the best and they will help you anyway they can.

I highly recommend the TMS Success Oviedo office. All the reviews are 100% correct. Olivia and Monika, the treaters, are awesome! Love them! They make you feel right at home from day one. They explain the entire process and can answer any questions or concerns you might have. There is no need to feel anxious about the TMS treatment at all. It's not painful. All you feel is a little tapping on your head. And it takes less than 20 minutes. It is definitely worth trying. You will also meet with Dr. Capozzi. He is great too! Very easy to talk too. I also met with Janelle, the NP. She is so nice and very easy to talk too as well. I really can't say enough good things about the team at this location. I picked this location even though it is not the closest one to me based on all their wonderful reviews. And I am so happy that I did. The entire experience was great from beginning to end. Also, while I did not meet my coordinator Kylie, in person, she was great too. She went over everything with me and answered any questions I had. And I always received a quick response. I can't guarantee that TMS will work for your depression but I can guarantee you will feel better after going to see them:)

Overall fantastic experience! The people who treat you like family. They genuinely care and instantly become your friends! They took on the burden and listening to me complain about my problems with my depression, which overall helps me in the end. They told me everything in great detail how the process worked and checked in with me to see how he’s doing and adjusted my therapy when it was needed. It ended up having a delayed effect on me like I’ve heard it happens with other patients before and then a few weeks after my last session I noticed in miraculous change! I owe the caregivers here my whole new life. I don’t think the experience would’ve been the same without Monica and Olivia, taking the time to talk with me every day. It’s like having two therapists at your side five days a week! I can’t say enough good things about this location or Olivia and Monica! Then accompanied with Janelle who is the on-site nurse who’s there two days a week to check on my progress make a fantastic team, which I would recommend anybody to go through this experience with 100 times over!

This team is amazing. From the day one I feel like I was part of the an incredible family who just wanted to come together to make you happy and secure of yourself. Monica is so sweet and kind like a sister that you need to have close to you. Olivia has that strong carácter that make you put your feet on the ground and never doubt about yourself anymore. Just love them a missed them a lot. And don’t forget the psychology she was so understanding and she always showed so much empathy that you want her around you every time you had a section. I recently finished my treatments here and treater Olivia is the sh*t! She is so kind and knew how to make me feel comfortable and safe when I first started. Monica is a sweetheart and I absolutely loved talking to her when I'd go in. As for the actual TMS, I am floored. I was so incredibly depressed when I came to my first appointment. In just over a month, my mental health and quality of life have improved drastically. I highly recommend giving this treatment a try if you have had severe depression that doesn't respond much or at all to medications.

The staff is incredible! Olivia makes the therapy go by so quick. The treatment has made a world of difference in my life. And the caring environment is therapy in itself!

If you are struggling with deep depression and have not had luck with other forms of treatment, please give TMS a solid try.

The Oviedo Success TMS location is a welcoming environment compared to other austere mental health facilities I have been to. The staff are attentive, compassionate, supportive and dedicated to aid patients in a safe recovery from the moment you walk into the door. This high-level of care is present throughout the duration of treatment.

TMS treatment in the chair is brief (20-25 minutes) and side effects I experienced were minimal. The technicians are well trained and efficient in getting the room prepped for patients. Upon arrival, I was simply checked in and within a few minutes called back.) The room where treatment occurs is designed to help you to relax and feel comfortable, where lights are dimmed, you can watch Netflix, listen to music, or share conversation with the technician.

Also, you are a given short, weekly questionnaire to help gauge how your symptoms are doing and see where you are in your recovery. I found these quite helpful and revealing.

Overall, highly recommend. A+ team, service and care provided at the Oviedo Success TMS location. Thank you for all your help and support throughout my treatment.
