Horrible staffing, they do not provide the correct information, Doctor listed in several offices. I will not recommend them to any person.

Do not bring your child here! This doctor is beyond rude, unprofessional and treats you as if you have no parenting skills. She has misdiagnosed my child several times. I was concerned about a UTI and she said my kid had a virus like a cold, being my child's voice I refused to leave without a UTI check and sure enough my child had a UTI. Second she said my child had a viral rash after her vaccines and when I mentioned rash because of vaccine she continued to interrupt me and said no. I took my child for a 2nd opinion and it was a rash from the MMR and varicella vacine. This doctor is clueless! If you voice your concerns she laughs in your face, interrupts you and beyond arrogant. My daughter loves the MA here but the doctor she never cares for as Dr Sue Ann Francisco is never friendly or gets to their eye level. If you want to be treated as ur dumb or your child to get incorrect diagnosis then take your shot but I recommend going elsewhere.

First time mom and I should have never picked this doctors office anytime I would have a question she would make me feel like I was dumb I also went today after work and it says close at 5 and I went at 4: 25 they didn’t wanna take my baby they just told me to go to another place when she was still there I will be changing my baby’s doctor as soon as possible don’t make the same mistake as me and I really liked all the other workers they where so nice but…

Dr Francisco is my son’s Pediatrician and she is amazing! Any concerns or questions I may have, as a first time mom, she answers them quickly via the online portal. She is great with him and shows concerns when needed. It’s usually a quick appointment when it is a set appointment. I highly recommend her for any of your child’s needs. Thank you for being great!
