I ordered through a website and it was fulfilled by Sue Ellen’s after the initial floral shop failed horribly. Sue Ellen’s did an excellent job and their customer service was top notch. Next time I’m skipping the middleman and going straight to Sue Ellen’s for any flower orders.

We had our wedding cake done by Cakes by Ron next door and needed floral arrangements on the cake. We stopped by Sue Ellen's and was instantly taken care of and the florals turned out just as we wanted/invisioned. They were so beautiful! Super happy with the results:)

Kinga, a lovely lady, helped me out a ton, excellent anniversary flowers delivered with great service. Would highly recommend.

My best friend is getting married and the florist we HAD bailed on us last minute.but thankfully I found this place! Walked in and explained my situation, without hesitation they were quick to help with care and kindness. Was able to work with the colors I needed and stayed with in the perfect price range! Also I’m not even from this area so the fact that I received customer service like I do back home really was nice. 20/10 recommend this amazing company!

Sue Ellen was able to create a beautiful bouquet day off for my mom's birthday after another florist cancelled my order the day it was to be delivered. She was extremely helpful and was able to get a bouquet delivered to my house within the hour. Would 10/10 recommend. Incredible service.

For many years my son David has depended on Sue Ellen's to deliver the most amazing orchids to me for birthdays and mother's day. Fabulous! Breathtaking, never disappoints! Very healthy plants in creative lattice, they live for years.

BEWARE: They have sold ownership of Sue Ellen's Floral Boutique to a new owner within the last month. The quality and customer service have gone downhill.

We had our wedding flowers done by Sue Ellen's Floral Boutique for our wedding several weeks ago. In our contract, decided upon last October, we had specified to have our floral arrangements for the aisles to match our alter arrangement (which had floral arrangements on wooden pedastals). We were SHOCKED to discover that the florist had placed the floral arrangements on the floor down the aisle in the church instead of on the agreed upon wooden pedastals that were listed in the written contract.

We got a text from someone on the day of the wedding that states, and I'm directly quoting, "I do apologize that you are unhappy with the way the aisle looks. I have talked to the owner and unfortunately we are not able to get any wooden stands in time. "

We are beyond shocked and appauled at this oversight and were told over the phone that the company had recently been sold several weeks prior. I'm assuming that was their excuse as to the oversight.

If you are considering using a florist for your weddings or events, I would look elsewhere.

I had the best experience! Everyone is so kind and the flowers are so beautiful. 10/10 I will definitely be coming back!

I can’t say enough good things about this flower boutique. My arrangement I received was beautiful and I absolutely loved the gorgeous Gerbera Daisies with the hydrangeas. It was perfect and the owner of the store was a delight to deal with. Thank you so much and I will definitely be back!

Absolutely STUNNING bouquets that are very good sizes and look even better than the pictures online. Thrilled with the timely delivery and how gorgeous and full this was! I've tried other local florists and they can't even begin to compare. Thank you for making my grandma happy with your beautiful flowers!

All I can say is how rude the gentleman in the back was. I came in today to purchase 2-3 flowers each for 6 vases I made for a baby shower. I just wanted stargazer lily’s with simple greenery for each. The man in the back didn’t listen at all to what I was asking. He kept trying to put together a full bouquet of flowers I didn’t want. (I even showed him pictures of the vase size) which would only fit a few small flowers. When I kindly left after they quoted me a ridiculous price, he proceeded to make an offensive comment to his co worker regarding me not purchasing their flowers. Sir, I was still in the store and heard your rude comments! They had about 3 other employees standing around and no business at that time. I don’t understand why people like that don’t listen to the customers needs- everyone just wants to make a buck. There was one nice lady working there who stepped in to help. I went across the street and was able to purchase the exact flowers I wanted at a normal price for my shower.

Being out of state, I was a bit nervous about having the perfect flowers for my wedding. Sue Ellen did absolutely FABULOUS and I can't thank them enough! We visited their boutique once to chat about preferences and the team took it from there. They set up my beach ceremony and reception flowers and were on their way! I so appreciate them making this a seamless process, and providing us with beautiful floral creations!

Sue Ellen was wonderful to work with. We hired her for our wedding at the Resort at Longboat Key Club. We had many phone calls and email conversations about my vision- and Sue Ellen nailed it. The ceremony and reception flowers were gorgeous! They definitely exceeded my expectations. I had one small issue with my bridal bouquet being much smaller than I had envisioned, and 2 ladies from Sue Ellen's were in my bridal suite fixing it with additional flowers within 30 minutes. I was very satisfied with their quick response to resolve the issue and make my bouquet what I had envisioned. Overall I would highly recommend Sue Ellen and her team!:)

Wonderful floral shop to work with. The sympathy arrangement was absolutely beautiful and the staff/delivery we very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this florist!

Sue Ellen was fabulous work with for my wedding. Her team did a phenomenal job. The bouquets were gorgeous. The arrangement for the remembrance table for our parents was stunning and brought tears to my eyes when I saw it.
