The residents and HOA are cliquey and nosy. They'll break their own rules and then harass their other residents who aren't part of their club. HOA members and their cliques will go out of their way to stalk you from your home to places around the park. Make sure you have a good lawyer.

Visited a friend of mine who lives there seems like a very nice place they have a pool hot tub Recreation Center pretty awesome
