Deliciously good. First time going here today and everything was fantastic. The people were very friendly and nice, the atmosphere was comfortable and like you'd just want to sit around (not to mention the table games, jenga and connect 4), and the food was delicious. The names to the food are fun but the food itself is great, I had the chicken Cesar wrap which tasted like a premium salad inside a nice spinach wrap. She got the turkey avocado bagel and the sweet red pickled onions on top were amazing along with the rest of it. She said the smoothie she got was one of the best around. Loved everything and having a decent healthy spot to eat that's not all the way in Gainesville. We will definitely be coming back soon and more often!

5 stars across the board. You can’t go wrong with this place! When you walk in you are greeted by a very warm and friendly environment, staff is always very friendly and easy to talk to. The food is very high quality, fresh and fast. I have tried the smoothie bowls (Very refreshing for a hot day), the Chicken Caesar wrap (absolutely delicious and very flavorful), and the greek out (a delight for the morning time with a delicious balsamic drizzle). I have no bad things to say, as i stated previously you cannot go wrong with this place! My next trip I will be trying the lemonade float with boba added

I am so happy there is a health-oriented, organic food option now available in Lake City! Seriously, this place is a breath of fresh air in a landscape of fried food and red meat. Their avocado toast was amazing and they gave two large slices with all the fixin’s. Their açaí bowls are great too, you can sample anything you like and mix up the ingredients to your liking. The staff was friendly and quick as well. I’ll definitely be back and look forward to telling more people about this place. Support local businesses especially ones doing the most good!

I love this place so much! The owner and the workers are all amazing, the atmosphere is super friendly and clean, the menu is large, and the entire experience feels so genuine and nice. They're so friendly and kind, I'm always so impressed by the level of service, be it in store or through the drive through. I started going here with no idea on what the bases were or how to pronounce them and the owner was so kind in explaining it to me and not making any of my questions feel silly.
I bring smoothie bowls to my family, including my young nephews and my grandma, and they've been a huge hit across the board. I'm so deeply impressed and happy to have this in town, and I highly recommend the stop. Wait times are never long, the music is not overpowering, and they have different goods for sale inside made by local vendors, including fresh honey and handmade earrings.
I can't recommend this place enough.

My family's new favorite guiltless desert spot in Lake City. We had the "Strawberry Bowls Forever" and "The Dragon Sleeps Tonight" smoothie bowls. Both were amazing, and as good as any ice cream I have had despite being far better for your health!

I am a huge fan of these amazing smoothie bowls, toasts and salads. They’re delicious and fresh, and the service is amazing. I have tried numerous items and not only have I loved them all, but I still want to try basically everything else on the menu. The creativity is second to none.

Friendly service, sampled the spirulina base and that was good I will try that next, I ordered the peanut butter acai bowl with granola brownie bites and Nutella drizzle! It was a delicious sweet treat I will be back to try other things on the menu.

My caprice toast was delicious! Also sampled the bagel with ham, cheese, avocado & the red onion did its job! Yummy!

I had a smoothie bowl and the strawberry didn’t taste fresh, and was at room temperature. Other than that, the bowl was great. The price was reasonable, and the service was excellent. I’ll definitely be going back again soon.

I've had smoothie bowls and a bagel from here. Everything has tasted delicious and the staff are super friendly. I will definitely keep going back!

Cooled myself down with in this hot summer day. Came to the Sprouted Spoon and grabbed a Coconut Bowl it hit the right spot, I also ordered the feta toast and added peaches it was a wow,

I walked in there not knowing what to expect. It sounded weird to me. But I'm so glad I did! It was absolutely delicious! I couldn't believe I ate the whole thing. I will definitely be back. And I will definitely tell everyone I know.
