Good gracious this place has a bunch of sweets.

The atmosphere is fun and the food is pretty decent. But be honest you came for the ice cream.

There's a bunch of that.

Here's the kicker though. It's insanely expensive. The fancy milkshakes are $20+ and the normal everyday milkshakes start at $13. I get that it's an experience but $13 for a vanilla milkshake is a bit crazy. The cheeseburger is $19.it's good but not that good.

Staff is friendly and the restaurant is well maintained. For sure come here for the experience. Now that you've been once you'll likely not go back due to the price.

Desserts were delicious! Portions were huge and meant to be shared unless you got a big sweet tooth. We got a sampler platter too and it was good for three to four people. They were short staffed so they forgot to give us napkins and plates for the appetizer.

While that atmosphere was nice, it seems that they spend all their money on it and ignore the fact that they are actually a restaurant. The food was about the quality of fast food, while being three times the price.

This is similar to the one in Miami so I knew what to expect. It’s located in Icon park so you can do other things in that area after you leave.

Well I guess this place is famous for them candy drinks and milkshakes but the food was fries was very hard.

Called to have bday party for 20 guest.got to the factory and waited 45 min to be told they couldn't accommodate my party.was very embarrassing and inconvenient.

First time and I was not impressed. They make some interesting drinks. The only one big problem. There was only one bathroom available for a big restaurant. They need to step it up! To dine there it's not cheap so they need to assist there customers much better. It's bad when you have so much customers and one tiny bathroom which everyone had was to stand in line to use. Then the bathroom was a mess

I went here while in a weekend getaway with my husband. I saw this place on TikTok and there is one server named Garrett who is so awesome! His dancing is awesome and his energy is amazing! He was the sweetest person ever! He even did a birthday celebration for me and we took a pic together! I thought the food was good and yes it’s a bit pricey but it’s worth it for the awesome experience you get! I highly recommend going here for your birthday, but be sure to make a reservation! They fill up quickly! I can’t wait to visit Orlando again so I can go back!

Over rated for breakfast.not a lot to choose from.if you like pancakes don't come unless you want 12 or more.you can't order any less than 12.might be a good place for lunch.

Very dirty bar, bartender was average. Food had been sitting out for a bit before we got it, whip cream was flat and had a liquid pool around it on our plate. Extremely overpriced and disappointing.

Awesome food and drinks! Such a fun place too. All the goblet drinks have non-alcoholic options as well, and they’re cheaper if you order non-alcoholic. The candy is awesome and my husband loved the rainbow sliders! I had calamari and it was excellent. Only reason I didn’t mark 5 stars is because the music can be really loud and it’s impossible to hear your server or the person next to you when they turn it up. It’s also very pricy so be prepared. Other than that, the place is amazing and it has such a cool vibe! Totally recommend

Never again will I go back the food is not good at all, and it took over 2 hours to get the food and we had a table of eight and my husband never got the food he ordered the cup with the hot chocolate had candy on it ‍️ as we wailing on the food, the bartender with purple and black hair was serving someone else’s food at the bar and she walked right past us and put her Hands on top of the customer french fries as me and my friend watched her take the food she just touched to the lady, sitting at the bar I felt so bad. On top of that the server was OK but when he gave me my glass of Coca-Cola he put his hand over my drink when he’s served it so I politely gave it back to him, the food is not Worth the money, they had a lot of birthdays that day, so I guess the Focus was on that because all we kept hearing was the music.nobody was smiling. It’s just not Worth it to me 11/20/2021

This was my first time visiting this place. And let me tell you, EVERYTHING about this place is amazing! The employees and the atmosphere will make you smile. Thank you for a great night
