Sugar and Slice made a cake straight out of our wedding dreams. Not only was it absolutely stunning in creation, It tasted absolutely amazing! We had the almond joy cake, the Boston cream cake and the cookies and cream with a cream cheese. Their customer service was also impeccable despite my many changes and my constant second-guessing they always had patience and understanding, compassion, and respect. Their delivery was amazing and the cake was more beautiful than I could’ve imagined I would 10 out of 10 recommend to any and everybody!

We just placed our second custom cake order with S&S bakery and they did fantastic, yet again! My 8 year old daughter has been through a lot this past year and I wanted to surprise her with a cake of her precious babies, her pet rats, Jack and Gus. They did such a wonderful job nailing the details of her boys and their differences. Most wouldn’t notice but they did such a great job that she was able to quickly tell everyone which one was which once the shock wore off. They left my little chatterbox speechless when she first saw it! Thank you guys so much! You can’t go wrong between their fantastic customer service and delish cakes!

Theses cookies were perfect! Great customer service as well! They were such a hit at our bridal shower. Not only were they pretty, they were absolutely delicious. We did not have a single cookie left!

I ordered a Lemon Bundt cake for my son's 22nd birthday. We live out of state and he is a Soldier and was going through be stationed at the armory on his birthday. Our situation was a peculiar one. Sugar and Alice Bakery went above and beyond to make this day special. My son said when they walked in with the cake it smelled so good. He said it tasted amazing! This is the best bakery around, and they were so personable too. Love this Bakery!

This place is amazing! I was really nervous about ordering a cake from a different state to surprise my grandson at LegoLand. So so glad i chose them. Customer service was excellent, communication was over the top. I wish the staff and bakery was located in Louisville!

Amazing Customer Service! Earlier this month I was in need of a last minute birthday cake, not only was this bakery easy to contact, quick to respond, and open to my design ideas, they produced the exact cake I wanted. The execution of the design was flawless, and the cake tasted even better than it looked. Tim and Kristin run a fine business and I will not only recommend Sugar & Slice Bakery to my friends and family, I’ll be returning for more baked goods in the near future. To all the Rocky Horror Picture Show fans, Don’t dream it, be it!

Wow! I needed a cake for my book launch and the other baker I contacted canceled last minute. I called Sugar & Slice. At 11pm with only one day before the launch, I placed a tall order for a cake that looked like my book. Sugar & Slice went above and beyond to provide a cake within my budget and on time. It was fabulous! Everyone who attended the launch were impressed. AND IT WAS DELICIOUS! Highly recommend this bakery.

We ordered a baby shower cake and it was so pretty. They were so nice and accommodating. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Everything always comes out perfect as ordered, I have came to them for my wedding cake, parties and for work events. Kristin and Tim are great!

We are SO happy with our decision to use Sugar & Slice as the bakery for our wedding. From the tasting to delivery, they made everything easy. Most importantly, it all tasted so good! We had guests calling the day after our wedding asking if we had leftover cake they could pick up… that’s how delicious everything was! My husband and I didn’t get to try anything from our dessert buffet because the guests loved it so much it was all gone by the time we got over there! Would highly recommend:)

When I tell you I’m in LOVE! Believe me! I newly became obsessed with the salted caramel cupcakes, I can’t get enough. The flavor is so rich, indulgent, and creamy, that I’m actually looking to go back the bakery immediately! Please never get rid of the salted caramel cupcakes because they are the BEST!

We ordered a custom graduation cake for our daughter and Sugar age Slice nailed it! Absolutely beautiful cake and it was delicious too! Thank you for making my daughter's vision come to life.

Walked in and grabbed a few cupcakes and omg! They are moist and so good! The buttercream is so smooth and delicious! Not overly sweet but definitely not bland! I am very impressed! The staff is sweet and friendly as well! I highly recommend!

This is my 2nd time ordering from here and also my 2nd custom cake order ever. It is the best quality and customer service I've ever received! Tim is amazing and helped me so much through out the whole process. Any idea I wanted, he worked with me and added on some amazing ideas himself. The cake was for mothers day and I cannot say enough good stuff about this bakery. You won't find another place like this anywhere else! They made my mother's day celebration 10 times better! Also a plus; the cake was delicious

Sugar & Slice did an excellent job on my 30th birthday cake. They were very helpful in our email exchanges discussing the design and the cake held up very well for its 2-hour trip home. Loved the strawberry and cream filling!
