My experience here was terrible. The first car I looked at had a huge puddle of water on the floor board. The vehicle I had liked was stated to have just gotten out of service which made me feel confident that nothing was wrong, but since I came in on a Holliday the banks were closed. They took a deposit from me and told me to take the car while they got my loan approved through the bank. That was fine except the car hadn’t been cleaned yet and it took them a week to get me a deal. I approved them to run my credit through two banks. My personal bank and their suggested bank. After checking my credit report they ran my credit 9 times. That upset me big time and the salesman Luke brushed it off like it was no big deal. I had decided that I no longer wanted to do business here because they don’t stay true to their word. On my way back to return the car every light on the dashboard lit up and it would barely move. I almost got into an accident because of it. Be careful if you look at a used car here even if it has low miles. I will not be returning.

I recently purchased a pre-owned car from the dealership and worked with Jessica Perez. The day I arrived I was hoping to avoid sales reps but she happened to walk by where I was looking and offered to help without being pushy and really cared about what I was looking for. She suggested a vehicle that was not on my radar and amazingly it was just what I was looking for.

The care and kindness Jessica showed was evident throughout the purchase. She even came in on her day off to be sure everything was perfect when I picked the car up. I feel like I met a friend at Sullivan, not a sales rep.

A great shout out to Jaime in service for helping me with a service issue. She was able to get a tow in record time and diagnosed the most likely problem. She had the vehicle in service and I was back in the road in three hours! Super job

We purchased a 2023 Cadillac Escalade from these folks about two months ago. They went out of their way and kept their dealership open later because we could not make it there before close of business. The next day they delivered the Cadillac to me at my business and did all the paperwork with us. The salesman drove our trade in back to the dealership for us. It is nice to see a company that still has such great customer service skills! We definitely will recommend them to all of our friends.

Called the service department and fortunately I was connected to Jaime and she was incredibly helpful, professional and knowledgeable as well. My touch screen went out and was covered by the warranty, thankfully. She had the replacement part ordered, received and installed with 24 hours. Heck, they even washed my filthy truck. It was an awesome experience.

I had a very pleasant business with this guys! I called in to trade my mercedes for a land rover. I talked to Rich wich give me a fair appraisal based on pictures of the car and history. I walked in 3 h later and worked with him and Roy and they make me feel like very welcome and like home. The car was perfect like they described and 1 h and 30 minutes I was out of there! John was an excellent salesperson. My husband and I will recommend him to our friends. He did not pressure us at all and that's what we like. He is very personable. We purchased a new car instead of a used car.

We bought two vehicles in one day from this dealership! Honestly, with it being a luxury car dealership I was nervous because we are tattooed general people.but they treated us and our son with such kindness and respect the whole time we were there. Joey and John were great to work with, hence 2 cars not just one! Trade in value was respectable for us and for them, and there was absolutely 0 funny business. We have been to many around the area and I'll never go anywhere else.

Called to ask about bringing in my V for an oil change one afternoon. Was told they could fit it in. Got there 20 minutes later. Pulled under the service department overhang, got out, and waited for someone to approach me. After 5 minutes and no one helping me, I went inside the service department doors where a couple people were sitting at their desk. One person was on the phone. As I looked around for someone to acknowledge me, the guy sitting at the desk in front of the entrance where I was standing got up and walked away without even glancing at me. While I am looking at the other guy sitting at the furthest desk back waiting for him to look up so I can get his attention, 2 different employees walk by me. One says excuse me. Neither asked me, standing in the middle of the aisle, if I had been helped or if they could help me. After 7 minutes of standing inside without as much as a, "hello", I walked back outside. Because I needed my oil changed, I waited out by my parked vehicle for another 5+ minutes. During the nearly 20 minutes I was there, no one offered to help me and only 1 person (only in passing) even acknowledged that I existed. I have never been ignored like that at a car dealership, ever. It is more disappointing that it would happen at Cadillac.

They didnt take me serious. Came here to check out a vehicle that seemed to be a bargain and ended up looking closer at the brand new ones. Sales person didn’t even unlock the newer vehicle and show me. I was talking about paying cash.

Had my vehicle serviced and they really took great care of me. They offered me a loaner vehicle, had everything taken care of and went above and beyond. Highly recommend this dealership. The service manager and Matt explained everything to me and were prompt and courteous. Thank you guys!
