Not bad for the price you pay! I would definitely stay there again if I'm in the area

Theifs! They will NOT give you a security deposit back. The front desk lady told us a $45 deposit and swiped our debit card! We stayed two nights. At checkout, they gave us a receipt that was "proof" our deposit would be released in 4-5 business days back to our debit card, but the release amount was only showing for $40. Five days later, still no money. We're local so we went back to the motel in person and asked for our deposit money. They then told us it would be 5-7 business days, not 5 as we were originally told. On the 7th business day.still no money. So we call the motel and confront the lady that checked us in about our deposit being returned and she told us that it would be 7 days.after informing her that this was the 7th day and we have not received our money, she had no explanation and told us it was out of her hands. So we asked to speak to the manager and she informed us she was one. So we asked to speak to the owner because our money went into someone's bank account and we needed it back. She told me that she wouldn't get us in touch with the owner. So we asked her whythe reciept she gave us showed only a $40 refund instead of the original $45 she took, but yet still havent receiveda penny.and she told us she didn't charge us $45 and called us a liar even though we have the debit transaction history on our card where she took $45, not $40 as she was stating we told her if she wants to call us a liar, we'll come up there in person and display the transaction history and receipts to her and cost her her job.to no surprise she hung up on us. I called back and she answered- no greeting, just silence on the end of the phone. I said to her, if you want to call me a liar but you all are Summer Breeze thiefs! They know that no one will take them to Civil court over $45 but be warned.this is the consequences of staying at Crack head motels ran by the crack heads that also live there. And as for the condition of the motel, dirty, dirty, DIRTY! And that says a lot since all their employees and maids are on dope. Don't believe me? Look into their eyes, big as quarter's and all of them talking 90 to nothing with meth mouth and mising teeth. If the option for me again is staying at the sea breeze motel vs. Living on the streets. I'll take my chances with the Crack heads on the streets. If I giving no stars was an option, I would. If you you want to get stolen from or stolen from, this place should be right up your alley. Renters beware.worst motel I've ever stayed in. Tent on the beach next time it is.

Came to pcb a day early so needed a nights stay with my husband and 3 kids. Pulled up cats and dogs everywhere. Asked lady for help at office she acted like I was a bother to her. We go to open door. Dirty cup still left inside window seal. Went to turn air on, roaches were inside to screen moving. Roaches in floor, seen a total of 4 roaches. Beds were dirty like someone had dirt on feet. Toilet did not flush, had to remove back to flush. Shower knob fell off soon as we opened the door. Needless to say. We did not stay all night and will never stay again. I am currently waiting for my refund through bookings.com. Like the saying goes, you get what u pay for. We left there and paid $60 more and got a nicer room at the sandpiper. Id ask to see the room before staying.and hope you like animals and roaches! Happy Crawling

They have rats. Not even mice full blown rats. People banging on the walls. Loud chewing. They won't refund you when you sleep in your car cuz there's no staff after 12am. Note: they have bad reviews removed

This place was disgusting. The room was dirty, there was roaches, cabinets falling off the wall. Dingy yellow sheets. Absolutely do not book this room. Sleeping in your car at a rest area would be an improvement.

Awesome staff! Great, minimalistic place if you dont plan on spending much time in your hotel.

I decided to cancel the room because it smelled like tobacco and it was supposed to be a non-smoking bedroom.

Older motel and the employees seem to think they better than anyone else cause they run a trap house

Staff is awesome. Sure it needs repairs and updating, especially the shower rod, the price is right and saved a couple thousand dollars. Housekeeping is A+. My son fixed the air conditioning, it was flooding our floors constantly. Just a clogged drain in the air conditioner. No biggie. Beds are very comfortable. Pool very clean.

By far one of the absolute worst places I’ve ever stayed I got here less than two hours ago and if my child had not immediately crawled in the bed and fell asleep we would not be staying here. It’s very clear that the bedding was not cleaned there was sand all over the bed leftover hair on the pillows, The room reeks so bad of built up cigarette smoke that it’s almost hard to breathe in the room, there are cigarettes burns in the sheets on the floor in the bathroom. The microwave looks like it has not been cleaned at any point. The refrigerator is messed up, this place is so disturbing I don’t even feel comfortable taking a shower in it. Luckily it is just a place for us to lay our heads tonight and we are out of here first thing in the morning. As we were trying to check in at the front desk I have two young boys with me who are very clearly extremely tired and she is more worried about watching the TV then helping her customers and getting us to our room, that was frustrating, The bathroom door is filthy, I physically feel dirty and don’t want to touch ANYTHING in the room, the lights keep flickering like the power to the building is struggling it’s strange, Absolutely do NOT RECOMMEND! I will never come back to this motel.

This place is nasty, I cannot understand how the health department still allow them to be open. Toilet was nasty and semi clogged, sink was completely clogged, bath tab was dirty, towels wet and smelly, bath tub water nub was so dirty and dark. There was no shower curtain, I had to go ask for one.
Lady at front desk (I believe she is a manager <the one with rotten teeth>) was so rude. I was even afraid to go ask for towels or anything because she was always rude. Paid over $400 for two nights but this place should be at least renovated. It is very easy to catch some kind of skin problem at this nasty place. Florida Health department, how can allow this?

Sketchy location. We had booked ahead not really knowing the area. Handed actual ️ to room with a TV remote that had to be turned back in together. Found both a bit odd. The lady that checked us in was super nice but the price was up there for sure. Looks run down more in the inside then the outside. Don't expect breakfast or even coffee won't find either here.

This place is disgusting (roaches, dirty floors, shower leaked) went on a family vacation with my kids. I booked it through hotels.com paid $400 it was so bad we didn’t even stay the night we ended up going and getting another hotel room. My daughters phone was stolen out of the room while we were at the beach. They never gave me a refund. I do NOT recommend at all. The pictures look amazing but it’s not at all what they show. If you have kids DO NOT stay here…

The Summer Breeze is a older establishment, the rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable, updated from carpet to tile, , a good size clean refrigerator. The also have a microwave.
However, no coffee pot, no dishes or cookware in the nice sized kitchenettes (kitchens are not in all rooms) the cabinets are worn out but still do there job.
Here is a not so good revue of the kitchen, the oven did not work, and, if barefoot, everything we touched that was metal shocked us, not bad enough to make you scream but bad enough to make you through, maybe a cuss word out there.
So all in all our stay has been decent, although over priced for the overall condition of the rooms and grounds.
The pool is very clean, it is not heated, most pools in Florida aren't. The pool furniture needs to be tossed for sure. If you are coming to have a good time and dont require a bunch of upgraded extras, , I would say this is a very decent stay,

Very affordable night stay for it being last minute and on a weekend. Staff was wonderful, and the rooms were clean!
