Please be weary of renting from Ana Danton. I lived there 3 years and kept the condo in perfect condition. She never responded to emails or texts when anything went wrong in the condo. We never received a penny from our security deposit. She is an extremely unethical management company. These are the unprofessionals to look out for when renting in Florida.
What a paradise! There were absolutely no flaws in this apartment.
They've got everything you could dream of: many TVs, board games, creative things, a pool.they even put many colorful paintings and positive quotes all around the rooms!
I recommend this for families and friends who want to enjoy their holiday while staying in a beautiful place with a breathtaking scenario!
Forces low income residents to buy mandatory annual parking permit and enforces predatory towing when there isn't even lacking parking spaces. HOA fee skyrockets nearly $400 a month and the community barely maintains a presentable condition; take the dumpster for example; that shows how terrible the management is.
