Takes forever for things to get repaired, slowest internet speeds i’ve ever seen for a community, and no care for what happens in their community. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

Ms. Yohanna was an angel sent from above! She helped me through the entire process. This was my first time applying for an apartment, she took time to explain the process step by step. Excellent customer service and above all a very caring individual. So happy with my move to Summer Lake Apartments!
