Got there and waited 45 min and they then let me know they didn’t have my referral and waiting on dr to fax a new one, 20 min later said they have it and would call me right in, now 20 min later still haven’t been called in! Trying to make an appt was a head ache too, they don’t answer the phones and had to leave 3 messages to get someone to call me back to make the appointment

A problem with long, long wait times every time I go. Anywhere from 45-60 minutes. I don't trust the techs to do an adequate test whether it be a mammogram, ultrasound or cat scan. Techs are all unfriendly. I do not like undressing for my mammogram with the tech in the room. They must be overbooking.

Receptionist scheduled an MRI for a Sunday, I called Friday to confirm. No issues until I arrived and all doors were locked up and closed. Phone line doesn’t accept messages and no after hours contact information.

Extremely slow to get results. Even Doctors say they are the worst. Waiting on results for oncology, and still no concern of importance. Had two follow up appointments that couldn’t do anything because they were waiting on results from Summit. Do not recommend at all.

I had my 2nd mammogram today. It was not as I expected. It was weird that the lights were dim and that she stayed in the room while I was getting dressed, also while she was adjusting my breast she was bear hugging me and uncovering my other breast. I can not shake this weird feeling.

I had a new technician do my procedure named Patty. It was a simple ultrasound but she dug into my left side of my ribs hard. It was painful I told her twice your hurting me. I'm home and in so much pain. I called the office manager because apart from the medical problems you have you shouldn't have to endure more unnecessary pain from a procedure. I feel like my ribs are bruised from this procedure. I have been a patient for years they shouldn't allow people to do this unless they are ready.

I have been here 3 times for a MRI all 3 times there was problems guess it's impossible for me to get this done here. Thanks summit imaging for taking 3 days of my time. I know my time is worth nothing to you but it is to me

Great experience! I had to have a mammogram & knee xrays done & they took fantastic care of me!

I would just like to say a heartfelt “Thank you” to Valerie and Deanna. Those lady are such blessings!
My mom needed several tests done to see the cause of her falls. She had an appointment schedule at a different imaging place in Spring Hill. They only bothered to do one of the test and wanted to schedule her for August for the other tests. These tests needed to be done way before August! And despite my trying, they wouldn’t schedule her any sooner.
We stopped by Summit just to see if we could get an appointment for mom before August. We were sent to the scheduling department. Valerie was the sweet lady that helped us. She noticed that the script said “stat” and actually got mom seen within 30 minutes! Deanna was the sweet lady that did moms ultrasound. She was very sweet and helpful. They both seemed concerned about my mom and made sure she was taken care of! I cannot express my gratitude enough for these ladies and Summit! They actually have staff that care!

Went here in person to schedule my nephew an appointment & Tammy was a pleasure to work with. She was very understanding & extremely helpful! YOU ROCK TAMMY! Thank you for being patient with me & doing everything you can for my nephew! You made the process easy & comfortable.

If I could give it zero stars I would! Unprofessional staff, filthy bathrooms. Waiting one and a half hours while they took "walk ins". I walked out!

Went for first screening mammogram today after surgery and radiation to treat breast cancer last year. The process is stressful enough without the disrespectful treatment from an ultrasound technician. Truly disgusting behavior that will be formally reported.

The wait time to get an appointment is ridiculous.a month or more for a mammogram!
You get there and there's more waiting, while staff in the office chat and socialize. I hate the place!

Summitt is the absolute best diagnostic center as their very, very thorough and efficient, not to mention friendly and knowledgeable employees. Thank you for being their when we had a serious issue with a family member. We highly recommend this establishment.

You call the place and have to listen to a lengthy announcement just to end up to leave a detailed voice mail. Fine, but no one is calling you back. Don't see how they can stay in business. But it is obvious they don't want or need your business.
