BEWARE! The Job for my Hyundai Elantra was good but the communication is TERRIBLE. I left a $600 speaker in my trunk with a few other things and when I got my car back everything was wet and it smelled. I tried to complain and without an apology Jeff Chandler told me he wasn’t going to pay for my speaker (when that wasn’t what I wanted in the first place). He actually told me with an attitude that it was my fault for not telling him there was stuff in my trunk when it should be his job to ask the questions! Not just that.even if there was nothing in my trunk I wouldn’t want it to be soaking wet after a $220 service. He also blamed me for not telling him my windows were tinted! This man has no common sense. At the end I was upset and asked for my money back and he said to bring the car back so he could take off the window tinting. I can’t believe he would go through the whole process of taking it off just because of pride. That’s definitely not how you treat a costumer. I was referred to this place and I referred people so now I’m making sure that no one goes there!
Did a really great job adding a strip to my windshield. Very professional and great value!
