Charged my mother 1600.00 for an old golf cart totally took adv of her she is in her eighties.

Marci, the service manager reached out to me due to a negative review I posted earlier that same day. She took the time to listen to my frustration’s, and did not try to make any excuses whatsoever. Without going into all the details, she asked me if I would give her a chance to remedy things, so I gave her the chance. Marci went above and beyond my expectations, and then went even further. She always followed up with me in a timely manner, and was extremely professional throughout the entire process. After everything was said and done, I was very impressed with Marci, and feel confident in recommending Sun City Golf Carts to anyone who needs parts, service or a brand new golf cart. Thank you, Marci for listening to me, and for being so patient and caring. I won’t ever forget what you did for me and my dad.

Had a bad experience with the new service manager he was very rude it was about a battery warranty issue that was under warranty and they would not want the battery. I have been dealing with that place since 2010 and have never had a problem till now. I will never go back into that store again went to the club car golf cart shop just down the street bought a new battery they were very respectable would not recommend Sun City Golf Cart shop to anyone

Barry and Dennis did a nice job helping us out with our trade and purchase of our Club Car. As is with pre-owned vehicles we needed a few tweaks and Mike in service did a fine job helping us out. Our Club Car is new running like a new Golf Cart.

Bought an Evolution D3. Barry and Dennis went out of their way to get it registered and licensed to be street legal. They immediately fixed some minor warranty repairs. Could not be happier with their customer service and my purchase. Just need to keep the keys away from my dog!

Very friendly people working there, doing their best to help everyone that came in. They took very good care of my needs.
