Sun Coast surveyed a boat I am thinking on purchasing. They did a very detailed and complete survey of the boat. Paul was the surveyor, he was very knowledgeable on all the systems and did.a very good job. His report was sent to me 24 hours later. I highly recommend Sun coast for this service.

Used Sun Coast to survey a 2019 Grady for purchase. Frank was great. His was patient and we appreciated his willingness to explain what he was seeing & alleviate worries we had. A thunder storm come in the middle of the survey which prevented the sea trial portion, but he did not charge us to come back another day to finish it. He also gave us phone numbers to people he said we could trust, like mobile mechanics in Ft Lauderdale, detailers, etc. We truly appreciated his advice, knowledge and help. We would definitiely call him again.

I worked with Chet who was extremely professional and courteous. His team is large enough to accommodate most any schedule. (We had to actually wait for the broker to clear his schedule so the survey could proceed).
Not the cheapest surveyor on the market, but arguably the most thorough. I had to place all my trust in the company since I was purchasing from the other side of the country. You will not be disappointed in Sun Coast Marine Surveying. You will rest assured your prospective vessel was tested in every way possible. Every button pushed and confirmed to either work the proper system or not. Every avenue of the electronics was not only looked at, it was all evaluated for accuracy. I could not be more please with the service. Sun Coast actually discovered some hidden items on the vessel which may not have been discovered by other cheaper surveyors. So if you are goi g to break into your wallet for an item as expensive as a boat consider kicking out a few more dollars for a proper survey company. Sun Coast Marine Surveying will not disappoint.
