I have used this cleaners for yearsss! Like 10 years.
I have a note on my acct and tell them every single time I drop off my clothes: HEAVY STARCH on my clothes please.
Clothes came back with zero starch. This is the 3rd time they have done this, so I'm very annoyed since I verbally told them when I dropped off my clothes, because we have two events to attend this weekend. I asked if they could redo them and have them back in two days and they told me no.
I guess they're too busy and over looked this detail.
They did offer the next cleaning on the house but I think I would just rather find somewhere new.

Almost 15 years as a dry cleaner, so I'm VERY well aware of how to do this.

Took in a $30 andba $50 dress to be cleaned, wasn't told up front or anything else that it'd be $38 to clean each one. They won't put starch in my shirts, as requested NUMEROUS times, even though I signed a release so they would, still won't.

It's sad, this rip off or Michael's, don't be fooled, they're all Michael's, which is even worse, in Manatee County.

Don't use this company, they're con artists.

Everyone here is super friendly and customer-centric in their efforts. I've never had any type of negative service issue. Laundering and dry cleaning have always been "spot" (pun) on. My only negative thought would be that the ironing is not consistently tip top.

I had a bedspread cleaned in April. The chemical smell was overwhelming. I returned it twice and the smell continues to envelop the room. It is nauseating.
The bedspread was made for my master bedroom and unless I can eliminate the odor it will have to be replaced.
Horrible experience.

They did a beautiful job on dry cleaning and pressing! I had some poor pressing a couple of months ago and they MORE than made up for it this time plus gave me a 10% military discount. Thank you Priscilla! Will be back!

I have sun country cleaners routinely clean my king size comforter. They always do a great job at a very reasonable cost. They also did my silk drapes.fantastic job. These guys are great.

Service was great and I have to say the employee was fantastic! She was friendly, referred me to a shoe repair place who is fantastic. She really stood out to me. I am happy with quality of the work and overall experience.

Hadn't used my suit for a year and it was musty smelling. Sun Country restored it to pristine condition. Great job!
