I haven’t been to a dry cleaner before and they set the bar high!

I had a button missing on one of my jackets and another that was loose. They returned the jacket with two new buttons! I did not ask for this service or was charged for it.

I would highly recommend!

They service provided was excellent! The staff was very professional, efficient and courteous! I will definitely use them again!

These two ladies have this Dry Cleaners running like a smooth operation! They pay special attention to my garments and greet me by first name! Even if I need something sent back they work with me to look my best. Happy holidays:)

They are great and somehow know who I am when I pull up even if I haven’t been there in a while, talk about good customer service! They are well priced and so a good job on the clothing.

My experience with your cleaners at this location is recent. However, I have had multiple dealings with your employee Alecia who has always been excellent to do do business with. My three dresses cost $50.05 to clean. That was very expensive, in my opinion, and there was no itemized receipt, just the total!

I'm absolutely fed up with the disrespect shown to my clothing. They've lost buttons, snagged knits, and put stickers on expensive clothing labels and now they returned an expensive knit jacket worn twice with the hem out. I asked for someone to contact me and nothing.

The smiling face that greets me here is what keeps me coming back. Great service and quick turnaround. And I don’t even get out of the car!

Use the dry cleaning portion, they also do my professional uniform it always looks perfect when I have to do a service

Way to lose a customer…
I was a customer at this location for over a year. Last order my clothes were left in unacceptable condition. The cleaners agreed to ‘do over’ the cleaning for free. I thought great, longer to get my clothes, but problem solved.

I have a note on file that says no creases. It looked as if the cleaner had creased the pants and then tried to read them straight. It left the crease and also a bunch of wrinkles and even set the new ‘crease’ that was supposed to be in line with the seam off by an inch.

I tried to speak with the woman that works there. She was something else. It seemed like she was on drugs. I tried to inquire about why after the second time the clothes were in even worse condition and she just went nuts; stating very unprofessionally that she didn’t do the dry cleaning and ultimately hanging up on me after screaming ‘find a new cleaners’ into the phone.

Well, I think I am finding a new cleaners. I left a message with their office and hope to receive a call back. Otherwise, they will be receiving a chargeback from visa for the dry cleaning charges.

Beware…

I love Sun Country Cleaners! Their employees are always super nice. Their dry cleaned clothes are always clean and are free of the chemical smell that many other dry cleaners have.

Great customer service and they did a great job dry cleaning my items! They are now my go to dry cleaners! Thank you Sun Country!
