I gave her one star not because I didn’t like the outcome but man $100 for nine pieces to be just pressed only I will not be going back there. I’m so sorry.

We have used this dry cleaner for years. They do not live up to coupons that they send you. The last time I picked up my dry cleaning, the girl forgot to give me the 15% off, and chased me to my car and said it would be put on my next pick up. That never happened. Actually, they gave my husband a hard time of it when he went to go pick it up. I’m done! I will find another dry cleaner.

They have permanently stained 15 shirts now. I’m waiting to hear from the owner for reimbursement. The shirts came from Dillards so their gold label anybody that shops their knows they’re not inexpensive. I have been doing business with them for a number of years and this has been recent. That’s why we brought more shirts. They’re thinking it was a one off situation but now for the third or fourth week in a row the shirts have come back with black ring around the collar on the top outside not where it touches your skin. Very disappointing to say the least. Let’s hope the owner makes good for them.

UPDATE: One year later, after filing complaints with the BBB and FL Depart.of Consumer Services they issued me a refund and apology. Appreciate it, but I shouldn't have had to go to such lengths.

This company damaged two of my brand-new, never-worn blazers. They were covered in piling and broken threads all over the garments, including the lapels, making them unpresentable. I complained and the owner supposedly worked on repairing the damage but wasn't able to. I requested compensation for the items as I had to purchase replacements for my upcoming business trip. They categorically refused to offer any resolution. They firmly insist damage to my items is normal practice with their dry cleaning service. I took the issue up with the Better Business Bureau, as well as the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, and they didn't even bother responding.

TLDR: Don't expect any resolution if they damage your items. Customers beware, they don't care about your belongings and there is zero customer service. GO ELSEWHERE!

Sun country was the conveniently located near the beaches so that’s where I went.
I was pleasantly surprised to receive any customer service (since Covid) in the last few years.
Drop off was simple. Employees were nice and facilities were clean.
I don’t need a lot when it comes to dry cleaning, just want a good job on the dry cleaning, a clean lobby and friendly people

They also offered to let me drop off at one facility and pick up at another, I thought that was cool

I got very nice greeting from the young lady at the front desk. I was telling her that I might be traveling and she suggested to have my dress shirts folded and bagged for easier packing. I didn’t know that they offered this type of service but I was happy that they did. I don’t have to worry about shirts being wrinkled when I unpack. Great service!

Friendly, Professional, job expected to take 3-4 days completed in a day. Upholstery we dropped off cleaned above expectations.

Had a woolen pillow case that needed cleaning. No shrinkage or discoloration and it was returned to the before the expected pickup time.staff was friendly and honest.

Well my wife started making me wear some nice shirts. Didn't want to wear wrinkled ones. So I dropped them off at Sun Country and they are reasonable and I will be back over and over again until I get to where my Harley shirts again.:) Polite and reasonably priced.

Excellent service with really friendly staff. Your clothes are always very clean and nicely pressed. Good prices too! I recommend this Dry Cleaners!

The owners and the employees are wonderful. Always smiling always friendly and they’re willing to listen to special requests. They do a great job. They are priced right. I’ve been using them since they first opened.

Good dry cleaner. My only issue is that they are listed on Google as having same-day service, but when I arrived at 8: 15am with shirts to be dry cleaned I was told they do not have same-day. I tried to find out if their website or Facebook page listed same-day service and I found that they do list same-day as a service if you drop off before 8 am. The employee that I had asked did not mention this so I'm still not 100% sure what their policy is on this service, or if it is something they still provide at all.

Very unhappy with the way my shirts were done. They were not lightly starched and very wrinkled

My son -in-law asked me to fix the zipper in his favorite pair of jeans. I told him I'd take care of it. Didn't lie but did take them to Sun Country Cleaners and couldn't have been more satisfied. What would have beaten my fingers up took Sun Country only a few days to let me know the jeans were ready! Such pleasant ladies there who made my day! Good businesses are hard to find. You don't need to look any farther for great service than Sun Country!
