Under rated Quiet, clean hotel. Service by the management is fantastic. Highly recommended.

This hotel is a hidden gem. Staff is super nice. It's like a little apartment in the city. The pool is warm and like a giant jacuzzi. Only downfall is limited parking. It's close to the beach and shopping right around the corner. I would definitely stay again.

Location amenities and service! Vanessa went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, including providing a crib to accommodate our child. The complimentary beach chairs and umbrella onsite are very convenient to take across the street to the beach. Highly recommend booking here!

I only just arrived but I couldn't wait to give it 5 stars. Beautiful little place super close to the beach and surrounded by other luxurious buildings with beautiful fountains! More affordable than those larger buildings too! The pool is charming and secluded, and our suite was spacious, clean, and beautiful. Vanessa was an absolute gem and incredibly helpful and friendly. I alreadt know our 2 days are going to be great, just after 30 minutes of seeing it! Highly recommend this boutique to anyone looking for an adorable little getaway!

Location is truly unbeatable, the most beautiful beach is across the street, walking distance to shops and restaurants, shul etc.most importantly its impeccably clean and service is outstanding. This place was recommended to me by a friend and it was a total hit! From the first call to check availability, the treatment was 5 stars. Both Vanessa and Luis made me feel welcome and ready to help make the stay perfect! The apartment is very clean and steps from the spectacular beach. Also very accessible to restaurants, pharmacy, supermarkets and pure entertainment. Highly recommended! From now on my place to stay whenever I visit Miami Beach! My son and I had a great time!

I’m usually very skeptical to tell people of my great finds for the fear that too many people will find out and I won’t have it to myself anymore! However, this one time, I will actually say - Please stay here! You will not be disappointed. The rooms are spacious and meticulously clean. I have stayed here more than a couple times and I continuing coming back and will continue to do so. There’s free parking and the beach is right across the street! Unlimited beach towels and chair use at all hours of the day (and night!) There’s cute pool with comfy lounge chairs. Additionally, you’re near all the shopping and delicious restaurants that Surfside/Bal Harbour have to offer. If that isn’t enough, the managers, Vanessa and Luis, are seriously the best! They look out for you and are genuinely concerned on if you’re enjoying your stay and offer to make it even better with every chance they get!

This review is quite late, but just as sincere. We absolutely LOVED our stay at Sun Harbour. Vanessa was the most charming of hostesses and absolutely nothing was too much to ask. She was generous, kind, and anticipated things we might want or need. The rooms are lovely, well stocked, and very clean, the property is delightful and in a great location to enjoy the shops and dining of Surfside and Bal Harbour. The beach was an easy walk across the street, with towels and chairs provided by the hotel. We can not wait until we return to Bal Harbour and stay at Sun Harbour again. We couldn't have asked for a better home away from home.

Vanessa made our stay at Sun Harbour Boutique Hotel very comfortable and she was extremely accommodating. Me and my friends have stayed here a few times before and just keep coming back. It’s a great location with beach access and is a nice quiet place to vacation.

It is almost 4 years ago that we stayed in this beautiful hotel. But its never too late to write a review Tje appartement was perfect, so wasthe personell. And the location is just great. Near the ocean (you have to cross just Collins Ave) and also near to some nice restaurants (we can recommend the Sushi Republic).

Please do yourself a favor and stay here! We traveled to this location in Miami to meet two other couples for a long weekend. Luis was amazing! We were so spoiled during our stay. He is incredibly accommodating and genuinely concerned about the level of service. The location is fantastic within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and retail. We were able to spend time together without the pressure of choosing restaurants and or bars. We simply brought food and drink back and enjoyed ourselves in the courtyard. We will be back!

Hands down best value for money in Miami beach. Wonderful villa resort, short walking distance to the beach, shopping, restaurants. Clean spacious rooms are like a small condo that has everything you need. Nice and quiet though on a busy street. Free covered parking. Our hosts, Louis and Vanessa went above and beyond to help us with every need or question we had. We will be back!

This hotel was an amazing discovery! The owners were very communicative and helpful. The Villa itself is absolutely beautiful and it’s probably one of the only reasonably priced hotels in the area that you get it a full suite with rather than just a studio room (and free parking!). We had a full kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, and full-size fridge. The property is beautiful and in a perfect location, right in between Balharbour and the beach. The pool/deck area is picture perfect and they have chairs and stuff you can take to the beach. I cannot express how happy I was with the value of our stay. We will definitely be returning and this will be our preferred accommodations.
