I love the community. Neighbors are so nice to each other and look out for the next. I love the people there all so nice

We just bought in Sun N Fun a few months ago and we love it! Dena in the office is great and all the people are super friendly and helpful! We enjoy all the activities and the new friends we have already made!

Doing Church volunteer handyman work on a property owner's home. HOA Natzis had a fit that I had my service ‍? Dog with me. Owners out of state, called me to tell me the snitches were out in force. I advised her to tell them, Service ‍? Protected by Federal and State law. I'm sure they'll love having the FBI read them their rights. Not to mention my lawyer contact them.

New update! HOA Natzi's out again. The violation notice was given for a small section of a garage lattice that has green growth on it. Widowed, fixed income, infirm, an elderly woman!
We are working steadily as a Volunteer Church group to help her not fall through her floors and they are worried about a small section of green mold?

FYI NATZI'S: We will have it pressure washed, painted, and garage fully organized on 2-19-2022. Oh, as well as all interior work completed, but that is none of your concern.

They are the point of contact for any one looking at the park

The place I am now looking at I am buying a new home and having it brought in

There should be a sign to direct people who are intested in Your park to a point of contact persob for the park

I have owned a manufactured home in Sun-N-Fun since 2015. The folks here are friendly and we have made a lot of great friends here. The pool is 85 degrees in the winter (nice). The facilities are kept up by the homeowners. A 9 member Board of Directors is voted on by the 235 mobile homeowners. They conduct the business for Sun-N-Fun and let the rest of us relax and enjoy the beautiful area. We have jet skis and we can launch at the free private boat ramp and have direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. We are only 25 miles from several nice beaches. Ft. Myers Beach, Lover's Key State Park, Sanibel Island, Captiva Island and great fishing on the Caloosahatchee and at Lake Trafford. I highly recommend giving this friendly, low cost community in SW Florida a look if you want to be a "Snowbird" in the tropics.

Nope, never lived there.delivered pizza here for three years, the worst address system possibly designed.at least put up signs that are clearly marked & make sense.always used to get lost.hated it.now i no longer deliver pizza, so it's of no concern to me.

Quite and quaint retirement park. Residence are friendly and look out for one another like family
