Sun & Suds Car wash, Palmetto FL

I just joined this car wash for the month. The actual car wash is great. But I wish they air hoses to blow the water from the moldings. The other place I used to go didn't have a good car wash. But it had air to blow the water that in the moldings. Nice place.

I got the ceramic treatment as part of a promotion but it's usually $25. It's great value for what you get and was a little more detailed than the usual automatic car wash. My car came away looking great. I didn't see any options to purchase any manual services though so if you're looking for something other than a quick drive thru and self service vacuum cleaners this might not be the right car wash for you. But for me, it's convenient and cost effective.

If you have oversized tires, measure them. They only allow up to 12.5" wide. Mine are 13" so I was turned away. The attendant was very kind and helpful though. It would be nice if this was listed somewhere so that I didn't waste a trip and wait in line all for nothing.

Credit Card Only- Then they charged my card again the next month. I am here seasonally. They did not tell me it was a recurring charge. I talked to the manager- he could do nothing without their main office approval. They would not call me back, the only way to contact them is by email. They did not respond. I had to get my credit card company to do a charge-back. AVOID- ZERO customer service.

I was very impressed with the customer service here! Jaques was really nice and helped me tremendously, I wasn’t aware it’s card only (should’ve looked at screen lol) the manager was very sweet and helpful, this will be the only place I take my cars too! If you want great service and great customer service this is place to go!

I've joined their membership program that saves me a lot, which I can use at any of their three locations. Their staff have always been helpful and courteous and often go above and beyond. Free vacuums! Rug and mat cleaners. They have micro fiber towels to use and maintain a very clean wash. I highly recommend everyone go here. They give away a free wash to all. Give them a try!

Sun & Suds palmetto location 10/10. Great service. Employees are always helpful. A young lady named Thama was very helpful today! She always has such a positive attitude every time I visit! What a great team!

The attendant, Herminio, was very helpful before we went through the car wash and after we went through the car wash. He assisted us with getting started and he assisted with the products that were there for us to use after our car had been washed.
It was the first time that we had used Sun & Suds and we were very impressed. We will certainly use them again.

I buy the monthly plan, and I am always extremely happy with the service they provide. I love the fact that they have the vacuums that you can use and they go the extra mile leaving clean, wash cloths, and materials to clean the inside of your car. They have a great mechanism for Washing your inside mats as well. Every encounter I have had there with personnel has been pleasant.

I stopped last week at the sun and suds car wash in palmetto. Earnest and he’s staff did a great job. They were more then happy to make sure things were up to my standards did such a good job I signed up for for a month. What more can you ask for. Thanks again guys see you soon

Excellent experience as usual and, while vacuuming my car out Bryant came over and offered to pressure wash my rubber floor mats. I’ve been here multiple times and each time the level of service and friendliness seems to keep going up.

I've been going to this car wash since they were even open the first few times but with the SR. V or SUV I have. There's always soap pouring out of the back window areas so the rinsing does not happen at that end of the car and others have mentioned this to me when I come in. But today your guy Brian waited on me and he was good

Quick and efficient. Friendly staff there to assist. Love that they give you cleaning rags for the vehicle to use after a wash. My only complaint is the vacuum. There is little to no pressure so it doesn't suck great all the time. A simple fix would give them 5 stars!

Friendly and helpful staff. My car was filthy (just drove across the country in the winter), it missed a lot of buildup on the very back of the car. The employees noticed the missed area on the back. They offered to let me go through a second time for free. This was great customer service. I declined the second run because I was crunched for time, but really appreciated them proactively addressing the issue.

I received a free car wash today, the attendant was very helpful. I did not know how to operate the kiosk. They were very busy but the young man took the time to sign me up for monthly payments. I will able to wash my car as much as I want during the month. I am a snowbird and the young man gave me his card so I can call and cancel when I go north. It is nice to go to a business that gives old-fashioned service. Thank you

I'm giving 5 stars for the employee, Bryant who assisted me with a few things at this location. He was polite, pleasant, helpful and friendly. I don't know if I will go back though, as I am looking for a full-service car wash. I don't want to have to scrape the bugs off of the car myself prior to washing, nor do I want to have to dry the car afterward.
