I came in less then 5 minutes before they had to close and Kelsie and Matt somehow were able to make me a new patient account and apply my first time patient discount and most importantly got me what I needed and out the door by 9: 00 before they had to lock the doors. ️️️️️

Absolute worse dispensary I’ve been to. Customer service is non existent. Doesn’t seem like anyone knows what’s going on in here and when asked for a manger nobody seems to know who’s running the place.

Shout out to whoever recommended the Poochie's Papaya bubble hash to me while I was there with my husky today. Bit of a pain to clean out of a Puffco chamber but absolutely worth it, just like the piatella. Always worth the extra drive time from Boynton for good rosin and hash you can't get anywhere else.

I hope the owner looks at this. You have a great team and very nice bud tenders. Your product is amazing. Best live rosin carts in the game.

Different concept than other dispensaries as you order on tablets rather than at the counter, but very clean and aesthetic. Nicole was super helpful and kind. Will be back!

Great, chill atmosphere at sunburn. Good flower and great hash. Deadhead og is one of the best in the Florida medical program. Bronte is an awesome budtender. Very knowledgeable and had good recommendations. Highly recommend sunburn for your cannabis needs

We visited Sunburn in West Palm today. We had a great experience, from the vibe of the store to the great selection and knowledgeable staff. Sophia helped us today, she was great with lots of knowledge and great suggestions. She was also killing her frames, great look! We will definitely be back.

Nicole is the best! Hard to find good customer service these days and this dispensary and Nicole nail it every time.

As soon as you walk in the doors at sunburn, it feels welcoming and hospitable. Staff members Matt and Jack were awesome. Both helped me understand each type of product that I asked about. I enjoyed my experience here so much that I am looking forward to going back. If you haven’t been to a sunburn location, you should go experience it yourself.

WHAT AN AMAZING DISPENSARY! Kelsie, Kamali and Fabian reminded me of the Miami Heat back in 2009! The way they worked together to make the cannabis magic happen was such a great experience! I walked away with a smile on my face and a bag full of great product! Thank you SUNBURN! This vibe can’t be matched!

I frequent Sunburn on a regular basis because their product is DEF one of the best in WPB, but also bc the staff is so friendly. There fast, I walk in and out every time. I’ve never had to wait except when the server went down when they had a huge sale, and even then, it wasn’t bad and they were trying to get everyone in and out as fast as possible. I love Sunburn and tell all my friends about it…they’re my favorite dispensary, hands down.
