I went to this bank yesterday. And I was treated like I was dirt on the floor. This person assistant mng was horrible. I got up and left. NEVER AGAIN.

Husband and I are looking to be first time home buyers. We made an appointment with Annie. She did not help much at all. We had read up on some of the process before hand but she didn’t explain much to us. Ran an application. (Which we were okay with at first) then realized she didn’t ask us how much we’d put down, what our situation was currently. & after did not give us all our options. She said it was too complicated to worry about.
We love suncoast. Banked with them for years. But the customer service we received was not agreeable.

This business is using the deadbolt to lock patrons into the business. OSHA laws read that this can only be done if the bar on the inside can be used to unlock the door, which is not possible if the deadbolt is locked. THIS IS ILLEGAL AND IS UNSAFE TO THOSE INSIDE.

Love this Credit Union I needed a local bank and I'm so glad I choose to open an account there. Darla Williams has such a great personality and is extremely knowledgeable in her trade. I recently went back to get preapporved for an autoloan and specifically asked for her. Once again she shined and gave great customer service. I was approved immediatley and the APR was incredibly low (did I mention LOW). If you looking to join Sun Coast. Checkout the Branch on Santa Barbara and ask for Darla.

Kyle was AMAZING! He answered all my husbands questions regarding a home loan when no other bank would without running our credit first. He was very knowledgeable and made us feel so comfortable. Highly recommended. Suncoast should be lucky to have an employee like him.

The new ATMs they force you to use are ridiculously slow. They never work long and there’s a building full of people who apparently aren’t doing their jobs. The old system was much faster and efficient. This is not progress

Every time I go to Suncoast banks I end up with Willy. He’s so kind, happy, and so friendly. I look forward to running into him every time I go to suncoast.

I have never met an organization with customer service as horrible as this organization. I left them to go to another bank. I still have a car loan with them. Every month I physically go there to pay my car loan and they treat me like I’m something they stepped in. Last time I got to them they closed the register so that they could help the other suncoast bankers first and made me wait for them to help them. Remember, I was trying to give them money for a loan that I have never defaulted on. Every month it is a similar situation.

Bank never allows a cash deposit! Always out, consistently. I've been a member for 20 years now and I think it's time to look at Acheiva Credit Union.

I was with Bank of America for several years. I just came over to Suncoast CU and there is no comparison. Suncoast is much better, less expensive, more friendly, has more benefits than any bank that I have been with.

The drive up line is always long and they don’t open up another lane. Always only 1 lane open with 5 cars in line.

Diane was amazing. I went in for a car loan and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. She answered all of my questions and was overall extremely helpful!

Waited over an hour in line. Tellers were sitting in there offices, helping no one while a big wait line accumulated. I asked one of the tellers if she could help but only got a response of: "Ask another teller for help". With that response I walked out of the bank. In general, I haven't had any problems with my account so far, but if you ever have any problems, dont be surprised if you have to wait in the bank for an hour or only get an automated robot over the phone. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with a bank.

Terribble bank we have several accounts at several bank and all suncoast locations are terribble slow they take an average of 5-10 min or more a transaction, while other banks take on average 3-5 at the max, this bank is great for the penny pitchers that are willing to save 5 dollars a months but waste there time in line

They are great about getting you the money you need but I recently had a car I financed through them get repossessed immediately after Hurricane Irma because repairs to the roof of my home was more important at the time. In addition, after they reviewed my most recent pay checks reflecting clear and convincing pay dates, they refused to extend the due date just 4 days to reverse the repossession process. Ulterior motives? Not sure what was up with that.

Can't really complain for my personal checking, I've never had an issue. At one point I had my business checking through here. With multiple employees, it was hard to have anything done with out me getting involved. I wound up moving to another bank, but still kept and use my personal checking here.

Today I felt racially discriminated against in this establishment. The African American that acted to assist was not helpful at all. I had a settlement check for $xx, xxx, and he told me I could only get $200 to get me by until the 30th. I told him I would go open an account across the street if he couldn't help me out any better than that. He let me walk out the door! So I go through the drive thru of this location with the feeling of defeat, make the deposit, and the kind gentleman asked me if I needed any cash out of it. I said I really need more than $200 to get by til the 30th. He granted me $1000! Now why couldn't the other person do this for me? With the huge division that's been tearing this nation apart, one would think that someone with a respectable job would act more professional towards their customer. I spoke with the superintendent in Tampa over this matter, and I hope that the right actions are taken so that future customers will feel appreciated and satisfied! Don't be part of the problem, be part of the solution!

I have been waiting on hold for 30 mins to talk to somebody, just to check the status of a loan. This is terrible customer service. I hope I don't have to deal with this place much

The staff person that assisted me was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was also very pleasant. When I signed in, there were. 10 waiting before me, I only waited 20 minutes before being called. Once called, all my needs were met and I did not feel a bit rushed. Excellent experience.
