So not only was this experience quick and easy but Gissell specifically made it very fun. Her outgoing energy, her funny comments, and the way she thoroughly explained everything I needed to know about the account Was very informative. 10 out of 10 would recommend, definitely excited to start my journey with Suncoast all thanks to Gisele. Thank you!

They’ve recently installed computerized live tellers. I was excited for a more efficient drive thru service, since they were not limited to a certain number of tellers Based on their facility. I just waited an hour to withdraw money! When I got to the teller “machine”, I still had to wait for a teller to become available! Horrible service!

I would give them a zero if i could. DO NOT GET AN ACCOUNT THERE IF YOU ARE A BUSINESS OWNER. They will not make cash change for you. They have no tellers. All the other banks in the area will make change.except them. They suggested i go to another bank to make change. Really? !? I asked to close my account. They said could not. I had to open an account at another bank and transfer money out. I have had issues with them for years. They are the most unaccomodating bank ever.

World slowest bank I have been at teller window for 30minutes, what bank has only 1 money counter and keeps it in back, in the age of the internet how can this company continually makes things slower if they are not careful they will end up like Sears, Kmart, toys r us etc, no company is too big too fail and Suncoast has a poor way of thinking

It seems many of the employees have different interpretations of policies - and levels of competence. Not something you hope for from an organization holding your money. This location failed to complete the closing of my account - moved funds without my permission and put through fraudulent charges. Total incompetence.

I have been a member at this Bank for 5yrs. Saving and checking accounts. I have noticed that this bank security sucks. Suncoast is known for fraudulent activities I was given a debit card because of fraudulent activities and then three weeks later I had a fraudulent activity again. That’s send my account into the negative but as a business owner I still had to do transactions so when the customer money fell into my checking account Suncoast Credit union went ahead and took the money from my business account and paid for the negative balance. So I called Suncoast customer service they told me that the transaction I made will pay for the negative and then when they work out the Fraud they’ll give me all my money back. You know what this telling me! Suncoast credit union firewall sucks! A kid with an iPad could break into this facility and take all your money Suncoast credit union security sucks soon as I get my money back I will close my account thanks for nothing this is how you treat a member for five years thank You! Highly don’t recommend this bank! I would give you guys zero stars but I had to make a review so you got one star hope satisfied.

This is the best bank. Came from Wells Fargo. I also got a very good loan on my car here. They have good card security and low interest rates. I’d never use another bank!

They have competitive rates, but their in-person wait times are ridiculous. If you want to access your safe deposit box, plan to wait for 10+ people in front of you. They won't even let you call ahead for an appointment. Perhaps instead of dumping millions into basketball arenas, they should value their actual customers' time by increasing staff. I want to like them, but life's too short to waste sitting in unnecessary lines.

Was given the run around for 10 minutes. They first told me they needed 48 hours to get my money. They figured that out but then tried to get me to open a "non-member" account to cash a cashier's check from their establishment! Real garbage. Then wouldn't provide me with that policy in writing. I would never do business with you after the discouraging mortgage experience we had with you. Thanks for wasting my time!

Very impressed with Customer Service. They spend time with you, the person. You don't feel like a number. Warm and welcoming. Been banking with Suncoast for over 14 years. Great interest rates for vehicles and homes. Clean and well maintained property.

Great customer service. Lines in drive through and inside can be long especially during common times people use a bank. I.e. After work. One experiance that stood out to me: I was going to wire transfer money to a different bank. The teller informed me of the $25 service fee to wire money suggested I withdrawal my money and simply deposit it at the bank I wanted to deposit said wire transfer. Saving me the customer money!

Half of the time thier atm machines are broken.out of ten times of going to thier atm you will find 5 times they are busted.at lee and treeline that bank mgr wont repair it affer it is broken for weeks.gosh all those tarp funds and no money to fix an atm? Also phone calls to bank 800 #. Your minimum on hold for 20 minutes or more.there goes my lunch hour again.new computer system sucks.

I deposit my paycheck every saturday with no problem. Every time I have an issue or a question they are very fast and attentive with with it.

I always receive great service when coming here. Sometimes there is a wait but there's a wait in most things in life. No biggie. As long as I can get what I need done I'm good. I've banked with 2 other banks before and Suncoast credit union bank is my #1.

Having been a member of this bank for 20 years, I've seen some ups and downs but the bank has become a little too big these days. They've become increasingly inflexible and the customer service has been lacking as of late. We have removed all of our assets from his bank and moved to another.

Very slow service, way too crowded and forget the drive through, if there is more than 3 cars in front of you bring a book.
