7It was a good bank option, but they changed to worst, when they eliminate the the people on the cashier, they are forcing customers to make deposit with the machine.
My son tried getting his car refinanced and has paid his car car payment a day ahead of the due date for 8 months and they couldn't help him out. My family has banked there since 2007 and can never get help there. Will definitely be looking to switch banks.
Check in tablet not working properly since a long time ago. ATM machines break down often. If you get your card stuck, you have to call the number on the machine. No one in the bank will help.
Automatic tellers are impersonal, lines are longer. This bank should have our professional, personal tellers back. Every location is different, however, I will go where I receive the service that provides what I want.

New place but the wait is forever. I think they should open earlier like 7: 30 because we have to work too.the people driving from clewiston dont have option.they should build atleast a mini verison in clewiston.i have to drive from montura and try to beat time to head to work on time
If you like to wait forever for absolutely no reason while employees wander around doing nothing, this is the bank for you
Friendly customer service. So glad their putting in a real drive thru. I've seen other Banks do this, just a thought, suckers or Smarties candy at registers for customers, especially for the kids that are having to wait for parents money transactions. Thanks.
