Suncoast Credit Union, Lakeland FL

Today I went in branch seeking to get notary services, I have three accounts at this bank. I had legal court documents to be stamped but was told it cannot be done I should visit a UPS, now with a small child in hand I had to find a UPS store and pay $10 per document stamped, very disappointed. Maybe it's best I move my account to a bank that will feel comfortable to stamp documents for me.

This branch is amazing. The lady that help me was upfront and she was awesome. I highly recommend this bank they have always been good to me and I have been with them for years. Thank you suncoast.

Firstly, I was very surprised to find that we have branches in Lakeland. Big help. I've visited this branch twice and was in and out. Very nice people. Secondly I want to thank Kori for all her help, she did an amazing job. I dont often go into the branch because I use tha app mostly, but I had to and was overwhelmed with how good of treatment I received from her. I had one simple task but ended up benefiting even more when I sat down with her. I'm very happy to be part of the suncoast family even more. Thanks Kori, and I'll be traveling up that way soon to see my new banker again. Lol

Horrible customer service in this branch, by the branch manager. So bad in fact, I wrote to the CEO!

The setup of this particular branch is in my opinion not up to standard for a credit union. There are no tellers, only automated systems that present live tellers on a screen whom can do limited tasks. Therefore, many simple transactions can yield an extremely long wait time as you have to sign in and wait for a representative of the bank.
There were 2 on duty when I went in to get a cashiers check. I signed in and the wait time suggested 6-10 minutes. I waited for over an hour, there were only two people in front of me when I arrived. Once the only staff member I saw present become available, she got up and left for lunch not even acknowledging the waiters. She had no care that we have been sitting for an excessive amount of time.
Very unprofessional and I was extremely frustrated with the whole thing. I left without being assisted.it should never take that long for a cashiers check. I have been a member since 2013 and have never experienced this at my local Tampa branches.

Numerous long waits for what are generally very simple transactions/questions. There seems to be very little assignment of personnel to match peak operating times.

Unlike full service branches with tellers, the sign in and wait system in this particular branch ends up in frustration for many customers. I have witnessed customers in agitated and upset states, and on several occasions have let them go ahead of me.

Veronica helped us she was not friendly at all. It would of been awsome if she could of made us feel more welcome. Rude rude rude not a good experience

Waited 35+ minutes to get a money order because the interactive tellers cant issue money orders. Only one person working at a desk and no apology or sincerity for the long just a " wait til I call your name next time". I will not be coming back to this location. I have NEVER experienced anything like this in a Suncoast bank. I have always had great fast service at other locations. This location needs a serious reevaluation of its effectiveness, specifically the trade of real tellers for machine ones.

Slow Customer service over the phone takes 30 min or more to get someone after they say 6 min. Thank God this loan is almost over.

Very pleased to have this location in Lakeland, keep coming, we are in Leesburg now and would love to have a branch here as well. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable, great experience!

Not a huge fan of the automated locations. However this location is convenient. I am happy they moved into the lakeland market. There's lots of convenient parking and literally no wait at all with a few machines inside the air conditioning and one after hours unit with an atm located out of the weather. Just inside the always unlocked front door.

Very very helpful and very lovely people. The manager is awesome. Very caring and respectful. I love Suncoast Credit Union.
