I have never been talked to in such a disrespectful manner by any financial institution before in my life. I've had multiple car loans with you guys and currently have two. The way I was talked to today was so unprofessional I don't understand how you could employ someone like that to represent your company. I will never get another loan from you guys again. I don't care if I have to pay a higher interest rate. You have lost me as a customer and you can thank your employee Angel for that.

Going into the branch was great! Zach was very helpful, pleasant and fast! Calling the 800 number is not good at all!

The new live teller machines are horrible! Lines are so long and it takes forever. Defeats the purpose of a drive through. Computers don’t do a better job. Today in line I estimated 8 minutes per person. Drive through is supposed to be quick and easy, not painful and slow! So disappointed! Replacing people with computers was a horrible decision.

Great rates but the staff is really slow every time I go in to discuss anything it takes hours, very slow paced under staffed be prepared to wait you will be waiting a long time.

Representatives have zero interpersonal skills and are unprofessional. The worst part was their follow up, as there was none and I had to reach out (via email) only to be told “sorry our phones have been down” and it had been several days!? Don’t be enticed by their low advertised rates just save yourself the hassle and go to an established credit union or bank.

They used to be so good, now they're horrible. It's taken over a week to close an absolutely straight forward simple car loan for someone with perfect credit. Buying from a dealer, 2yr old car, could have closed on a house faster. People are always "out of the office" "away from their desk" No points of contact, every time you call you get bounced around, pathetic customer experience, really sad. We will be taking our car loans and mortgage elsewhere immediately.

Extraordinary service, I went to do a withdraw today and the teller (Joselin), was extremely nice and helpful.

Very poor customer service! Whatever happened to good morning good, afternoon, thank you! I never feel very welcomed there! Maybe I need to start looking for another Credit Union.

Suncoast took it upon themselves to freeze my account on 12/21/2018 off a fake notice from a credit card company from 7/2007. Never took the time to investigate the situation. Never reached out to me about the matter. But instead played the situation right when my deposit hit a couple days before Christmas. I'm a single mom whom have bills to pay. I did take further actions and I will patiently wait. Ive been a member for 10 years. I really don't know why I stayed that long because they never was helpful.

We received a check from a family member for repayment of a personal loan. We bank with USAA and there are no physical branches in Tampa and my phone was acting up so I couldn't mobile deposit. Long story short, the tellers are awesome, very friendly and helpful. I don't have an account here but they cashed the check, no fee at all. That's the first bank, or credit union in this case, that didn't charge a fee. It took a couple extra minutes because the teller had to open a non-member account so that we could cash a check. The experience has made me want to become a member so I'm currently trying to figure out how to do that as there are certain "rules" to be a member. Thank Suncoast Credit Union.
