Huge shout out: for going above and beyond everytime I come in this branch I wouldnt be thankful for the caring of each employee that does really listen to my concers with my account thanks for making a difference & the support yall are the best 1000x % Carmen, Michael, Jisell, Elana thank you for being so kind to everyone when they walk in the branch as well.

Gisselle Herra is an excellent representative for Suncoast Credit Union. She was extremely helpful with figuring out problems that I had with my account.

I had a problem that I had been working on for a month with the phone representatives with no response. I went to Kabaris Key at the Colonial Branch and with much diligence he resolved my issue and I am soooo grateful. He is absolutely an asset to Suncoast Credit Union! Bravo!

I waited a few minutes to be checked in to have something notarized, was told someone will be with me in a few minutes. I'm sorry but 35 minutes is not a few minutes. Mind you I watched the one who was the notary walk in, sit in her office on the computer. Then actually a few minutes later she walked out only to tell me after sitting in her office for more than a few mins that they cannot notarized my document. Ridiculous and unacceptable. If that is something you cannot do than post it on your website or have your employees ask what kind of document you need notarized and tell them at check in that you cannot do that, so I DO NOT waste my time waiting for nothing!

The bank does seven day holds in checks then says seven days is 12 because they only do business days. Hey you’re open on saturdays.way to financially disable people from their money
