7We had an account that was hacked at the beginning of the month. Gregory Cyprien was unbelievably helpful in helping us close our accounts, open new ones and complete the proper forms. He really helped calm our nerves after having $10,000 fraudulently taken from our accounts. Keep up the fantastic work!

Terrible wait times, terrible customer service. The amount of time and effort put into just attempting to reach someone that I can speak with in regards to trying to fix an issue is entirely unreasonable.
They are the most unorganized bank ive ever experienced. On the phone with them for four days trying to get a check verified.
I requested 2015 bank statements on 7/20/2020. On 8/7/2020, after many apologize, I was told I would receive the documents in 15 minutes, as of today I am told, these doc's were never sent. Today's date is 8/11/2020 and it will take up to 3 more days to receive them. What is going on?
I was loyal customer for some odds years. When I told them about strange payments being taken out of my account when I got back from bootcamp the choose to ignore me. I’ve called them countless times to report this issue, but no one seems willingly to do their work. They would hang up on me mid conversation or tell me they’ll call me back knowing that they won’t. It’s been a year since I came back from bootcamp I still haven’t heard from them. Horrible customer service, worst bank I’ve ever been a member at.
