Quick and easy service. Signed in via digital kiosk at front entrance and was greeted within 2 minutes. Was there to initiate a new account and was in and out very quickly. Shaquilla was awesome and made sure all my needs were met.

Needed help with opening a new account, Daniela helped us out and she was so patient with us. It was a long process and she always had a wonderful smile and was very courteous and professional. She such an asset to this credit union and this branch.

I've been into our local branch and seen Sarah on three different occasions. She has been nothing but phenomenal, great, wonderful, and definitely assisted me with each and every one of my needs and concerns. Not only was she pleasant to deal with but she maintained a business like attitude but she added a fresh smile to it and you don't know how much that that was sincerely appreciated! So I wanted to leave this review for her because she absolutely deserves it above and beyond anyone else that I can think of.
I hope this compliment goes to the branch manager and perhaps even above to ensure that she gets the proper commendation and notification that she is incredibly appreciated by the members!

My checking and saving has been hacked here weekly. No one does their job correctly or has answers for anything. Don't pay them any overdraft charges for money they took from you!

Very dishonest on auto loans. Baot n switch. Also online banking has many glitches on their part moving funds around.

Since covid and automated tellers have been installed, there limited live employees within the bank. I have seen 2 people max; one handling simple transactions and one inside the private office handling different accounts. There is usually a line out the door waiting.

Your money is not safe here! They have no functioning fraud department and will let businesses steal your money and won't do anything about it

Sara Morris was very pleasant and patient with all our questions. She has a beautiful quality, humility. She went to make sure that the info was correct. Loved that. Very friendly.
