Young lady named Brenda helped me and had super great customer service everything was on point super recommend anyone who visits ask for Brenda she will definitely take care all your questions and needs
Worst bank experience ever. Poor customer service and not willing to help or go the extra mile to help a customer. Received nothing but a runaround for months now. Opened an account in September of 22, it is now December and we are still unable to access our funds. They were quick to accept the deposit in opening a new account but now I’m not even able to close the account and get my money back. Different stories every time I go into the bank. This has been one of my worst experiences ever in the banking industry.
Sinaria was such a sweet heart. Informative and full of laughs. She made the experience great.
