Honest, reasonably priced and good? It’s almost unheard of these days. The owner is the person that does the work and he is so knowledgeable about his field it’s impressive. He cleans up after he’s done and had my ducts smelling so clean I could tell the difference immediately Great guy, great company! Highly recommend.

The owner, John was so polite since the very beginning, he explained all the procedure and was very detailed about the service he would offer and the price. He did a great work! I met John a year before I used his service. What I liked about him immediately is that I felt an honesty from him. And secondly, I didn’t want my family to be breathing in mold no matter how minuscule it might be. John came to our house a week ago. All I can say is this, we feel different…. More energy, sinus are better, waking up easier.

The fact is this. If you live anywhere in the south and have an air conditioner you have mold. And mold no matter how little you may have never helps your state of health. Therefore in my opinion every single house should have this service done and maintained for life.

An absolute God-send! I immediately feel better, after suffering from health symptoms of mold exposure after a recent leak in my apartment, Suncoast Ducts cleaned out my HVAC system with their EPA-approved essential oil. ALL NATURAL, which is a must for the chemically-sensitive like me. I so appreciate John's professionalism, friendly expertise and quick responsiveness in an emergency. 10/10 would recommend!

We have a 2014 Kia Soul that had a serious mold problem in the AC. So much so that I drove with my windows down and AC off.
First we went to YouTube and found a DIY treatment that did not work.
Next we were referred to a garage that had a protocol to treat AC mold. My car was there for three days and the treatment seemed to be successful. The air smelled fresh as I left the garage and drove in the coolness to a class that lasted about three hours. Short ride home, air still fresh.
Next morning, mold smell back.
