The word irritation does not do Justice right now. I went to this ear nose and throat doctor one time they told me I have a deviated septum which I knew I was prescribed spray which didn't work and I have yet to go back and I just got a bill for $230.

I'm honestly kind of curious why the hell I pay the most I can pay at my job for the best possible insurance I can get I went to these guys. They told me what I already knew and then charged me $230 I'm sorry why isn't my insurance covering this.

Absolutely horrible office staff. I'd give 0 stars if I could! The doctor we saw was good, but his nurse and office staff have no clue! After the first visit the doctor ordered a CT scan. 2 weeks later they wanted to reschedule the appointment because their nurse didn't do her job & get the authorization from our insurance. We ended up having to go to ER to have scan done! After the 2nd visit he ordered a PET scan. 10 days later the same nurse still hasn't done anything & now we have no authorization & can't get scan done before seeing oncologist which is going to delay cancer treatment. I also had to call office multiple times to get the correct information faxed to providers. Don't go to this office if you have anything more serious than allergies unless you are willing to spend your time calling & doing their work for them.

They told me it would cost $200-400 just for the office visit not including any type testing, just to see the PA/Dr…. (No insurance)
I told her “Medicare wouldn’t even pay no where near that”. She said “yes, they would” ……

Healthcare system is the bowels of this country and it’s disgusting.

No one is going to pay $200-400 just to see someone for 10-15 minutes.

I saw a Doctor Jonathan Morgan this morning and he was able to fix my ears to where I could hear again he is an awesome doctor. His staff is very friendly.
