5The guy that runs this store is very rude and has been on multiple occasions. Will never do business here ever again!
This place is depressing. Walked in the door and I see 2 men behind a counter looking down at the computer screen, they don't greet or say a word, I had to say hello while they stare into the computer screen like im an annoyance. I ask if they repair commercial edgers and one of them rudely tells me no. I drive by here daily and the sign said welcome to county line mower customers but they aren't much like a dealer for lawn care owners at all. Sad that I have to drive over 40 min to find a dealer that is full service for lawn care services. They even have a huge yellow sign next to the door that says "small engine repair" but it is selective I guess.
Tried getting help and explained my situation with mower and he was just rude talked to me like I was stupid
They always treated me fairly.
There quick and good at fixing my things.
I buy parts here. The last time i was there the man running it said the employee just didn't come in one day, so he (his boss?) Was behind the counter and it was total confusion.i needed a gase line for my weed eater.he had the young mechanic look in the shope fore on which he found.i tried to pay, but the guy just said don't worry about it.i always god great service.even from the old guy.i will be back.now, I'm looking for a riding mower.
