Suncoast Insulators, Ocala FL

My experience matches that of the other negative reviews. I was ignored and waisted 16 days waiting on suncoast before I cancelled. The technician Leo come out and gave me a quote on 7/19 for spray foam insulation for a job at $8,939. I checked in with the office a few times to try and be put on the schedule but the woman said they were just waiting for my technician to turn in my paperwork. On 7/25 the technician called me and said I should expect a call soon from the office to take payment and that I would be on the schedule for the 15th. I had another company fully complete the job on 8/2 instead so I called Suncoast to cancel on 8/3. The woman said that I was not on the schedule. One of the office women seemed annoyed that I kept calling to check up, but I’m glad I used her bad attitude as justification to find a different company because if I would have stopped checking in like she wished, then 8/15 would roll around and no one would have shown up. I have my own business to operate and time is money. Suncoast seemed disorganized and unprofessional.

Had a salesman come out to check a room for proper insulation and he stated he could not check the walls and they can blow more insulation in ceiling for $600. Not sure it was actually needed. It is hard to find a good insulator in Ocala area for some reason.
