I’ve had the pleasure of learning Anatomy, Movement Principles, Mat 1 and Mat 2 with Allie as our Master Instructor. I can’t recommend her highly enough - she’s the best! Doing and teaching are two very different skills and Allie’s style makes our learning fun and engaging. She teaches us hope to be great instructors and in this way, she has helped me as well as all those I’ll go on to teach. I am very fortunate to have found Allie and Suncoast Pilates
