I Booked two bikes online for Thanksgiving day and got a confirmation. Then I paid them online.

The Store was closed on Thanksgiving day. Afterwards I called a few times und wrote an E-Mail.
Never got a Feedback or the Money back. Really Bad.

I rented a carbon road bike and went to Virginia Key. I'm an outsider who just rides bikes as I have them, but I rode a good bike, so the trip was less difficult than I thought. We also sell on-running products in the shop. Both the mechanic and the counter staff were very friendly.

Excellent store, there is everything, highly recommended, good prices, friendly and attentive staff.

Helped us quickly when we were in a jam. My wife had discovered a flat tire on her wheelchair when we woke up in our hotel after having flown in for a cruise. Suncycling helped us quickly and the tire held up for the cruise and beyond.

I went to the store to buy a bicycle and a guy named Reni helped me and he was super friendly and helped me a lot. I was super satisfied.

I blew out the back tire and decided to just replace both tires and tubes. The gentleman in the store recommended the Pirelli Road Tubes to go along with the Continental GP 5000 tires. I got a next day estimate but the bike was ready in less than an hour.

I'll definitely be hitting them up for future tune ups and parts.

I was in this store and the service from the employees was incredible, they answered all the questions I had and gave me all the necessary information so I could make the decision which bicycle was the one I really needed. I went to this shop to get help to fix a flat tire (that I had replaced here a few months ago) and was told to go outside and blow it up myself. Even after asking for assistance and it being obvious I didn't really know what I was doing, he couldn't be bothered to get up from his chair and threw out air instructions. As I was inflating it, I seemed to have popped the inner ring and when I went back in again to PLEASE ask for some assistance, the best he could do was sell me a new one and charge me for labor. Since we are neighbors and try our best to support small businesses in the area, my partner called to try and resolve/understand this very poor customer service experience. We were told by Alfredo, who said he was the owner, that we should feel lucky they provide free air because other shops charge, and ultimately 'SunCycling isn't the shop for us then and there are plenty of other bike shops in the area for us to go to. ' I am extremely disappointed, and quite frankly will take his advice and never go there again. If they are this disrespectful and careless about how they treat customers, perhaps others should heed his warning as well.

Just moved to Miami from overseas and bought a Kickr trainer, mat and floor pump from this shop. Super helpful. I had a small issue with the Kickr which they were able to help with fixing straight away. Great customer service.

Easy good rentals in the middle of downtown. Great price for a hybrid and road bike so can’t go wrong. Only thing I would change is adding helmet prices to rentals to encourage getting them!
