Ordered and received a SRV replica. Took it out to an awesome blues jam. Everyone that played was blown away. Off the hook, outta the box setup.

I ordered a Waylon replica guitar for my nephew in October 2018 and still have not received the guitar in May 2019 nor will anyone email or call me back regarding my order. Ultimately they scammed a 10 year old out of $800. I will never ever recommend this company to anyone.

The item I ordered never arrived. I was told it was discontinued and I could pick another item. I replied to the customer service rep right away and never got a reply. It’s been over 2 months and I’ve sent 5 emails - I still don’t have a refund for this item I ordered as a Christmas gift.

This is the company for you if you like to pay for items and NEVER receive them! Their customer service is terrible, don’t expect any help or response at all. Such a maddening experience.

The guitar arrived, I did not like the quality so I called and left a message that I wanted to return the guitar, I have not received a response. I emailed Sunfield about returning the guitar, again no response. Both attempts were over a week ago, no response to either.

Even tough the guitar I ordered came in perfect shape, it took more than a month to get delivered. Morever, I couldn't communicate with them on line, neither by email and neither a friend of mine from Florida couldn't get through by phone; it was only the answering machine. After many tries, I found out that the guitar was going to be shipped back because they hadn't joined the exportation papers! I sent them proof of purchase and all so the customs finally let it go after I paid 100 euros in taxes and the guitar got delivered. I'm not a happy customer.

Bien que la guitare que j'ai commandé soit arrivée en parfait état, il aura fallu plus d'un mois afin qu'elle ne me parvienne. De plus, je n'arrivais pas à communiquer avec Sunfield par internet ou autre et même une amie en Floride tombait toujours sur le répondeur. C''est par hasard que je suis arrivée à découvrir que la guitare allait être retourné à Sunfield car il manquait les papiers d'exportation. J'ai dû fournir une facture proforma afin qu'elle soit dédouanée après que je paie tout-de-même 100 euros en taxes et enfin livrée. Je ne suis pas une cliente satisfaite, loin de là.

The Merle Haggard special guitar came (in time) but was very nice extremely playable and very good quality.
Great finish and a pleasure to play.
I will order another guitar in the future if I need one. I use this guitar to play professionally and it works very well. I would recommend Sunfield to anyone who considers an instrument from then.

I would not recommend them to anyone, they don't respond to messages on their site or answer their phone when you call & leave a message never once received a call back! Also poor return messages back in email as well. DON'T BUY FROM THEM PERIOD. They are not even in the U. S.even though they say they are located in Miami, Fl they are in China.

Sunfield Music sent me half of my order and will not respond to many requests to resolve this issue. But when I attempted to have my funds sent back through paypal they responded to that right away. Dont trust these people.

I ordered the 5150 guitar with the D-Tuna upgrade in November to have as a Christmas present. The guitar arrived on the 24th. When opened on the 25th, the guitar did not have the D-Tuna upgrade. I put in a ticket that the order was wrong and I was amazingly responded to on Christmas day that I would be helped in 1-2 days. It is now January 17th 2019 (update.it is now January 31), and I have still yet to hear from anyone regarding my order. 6 tickets submitted. Voicemails left. Follow-up emails. Nothing. Very disappointing. This is the 3rd guitar I had purchased from them and up to this point had been very happy. Clearly they do not stand by their 100% satisfaction guarantee. I would caution against an order.

Took forever to get the guitar I ordered and then when showed up, it wasn't even a full size guitar but something like for a child! Cheap junk from China I'm afraid: (

My experience with Sunfield unfortunately is not so great. Over a month ago I received a wrong item, a different one to the one I had ordered and payed for, and since that I haven't been able to get in touch with anybody, despite the announced 24/7 support. I wrote five emails and received no answer. I don't consider this to be a great customer service.

I ordered a set of Butterfli guitar picks for my husband for Christmas. They arrived misshapen. When my husband tried to fit one to his finger, it broke. Despite multiple email conversations with customer service since late December, including a picture of the defective picks, they have still not (as of February 16) provided a refund or RMA number, and have stopped answering my emails. We are very unhappy with the product and the customer service.

I placed an order for a WJ telecaster on October 3,2018. It is now 4 months later and still no guitar! They don't respond to emails or calls. I really wonder if this company has gone under or something? Have started a case through PayPal.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE, it's a sham. On September 10 2018, bought on line a guitar order SM8063. Package was recivied and lost by USPS on october 3th at their facility just a few blocks from my house. Since it was not direct resposability Sunfield Music, I gave them 3 months to replace the product (since I paid for insurance) and until today almost 5 month later I havent received my guitar.
All they keep responding to my emails is that guitar is in transit.
I have filled a complaint with the Office of the Attorney General Texas.

Received the Mad Cat replica on December 24. No one piece maple neck, a capped fingerboard. Truss rod adjustment at the headstock instead of at the body. Also had a gap in the neck pocket that you could fit a credit card into. The neck pickup did not align with the strings either. The neck was not as described in the listing so I immediately contacted them for a return that same day. After a request for photos (which I promptly provided) nothing but crickets. Tomorrow will be 2 weeks since I initially sent the first of several emails and no response. The phone number was no help either. Would not recommend.

I ordered a coffee mug from this company on November 22nd. This was supposed to be a Christmas present. By December 6th, I still had not received my mug. I reached out via email to inquire about my mug. I got a reply saying it takes up to 15 business days to get my product and thanked me for my patience. By December 21st - STILL NO MUG. I reached out again via email and received a reply apologizing saying that the order was somehow not processed with the printer. Then said they could get my order to me within 7 business days and they would give me a 15% refund. I agreed (even though it would be AFTER CHRISTMAS). As of January 5th - STILL NO MUG. I have sent 2 more emails and called and left 2 voice mail messages and I've not received any replies or return calls! I will NEVER order from this company again and I'll have to report Fraud to my bank to recover my money.

Ordered the Stevie Ray Vaughn #1 and received it before Christmas as promised. Awesome replica of one of the most iconic guitars ever! I highly recommend Sunfield if you are looking at purchasing an inexpensive cool replica!

Placed an order for a guitar on November 25 and still have not received. It is now January 17. After several attempts, I was able to reach someone at Sunfied in early December who told me the guitar would ship in the next 5-8 days. That was over 30 days ago. Since January 1,2019 I have tried to contact Sunfield on a daily basis. I've called, left voice messages, emailed, etc.and no answer. Does anyone work at this company? Very frustrated because the guitar was supposed to be a Christmas gift and they processed my payment immediately, which means I am out $350 as well. Hopefully someone from Sunfield is monitoring the reviews and can respond, since all others means of contacting them have failed.
