We were looking for a special Father’s Day gift & we found more than that. Santiago was the sales associate that assisted us. His willingness to help us find the perfect gift was out of the ordinary. He was very respectful, knowledgeable & patient. Santiago is a true asset to Sunglass Hut.

The employees from this store were really helpful and friendly towards me and other costumers that where there during my visit. They were able to help me find the best sale for the sunglass pair I loved

I had a horrible experience with Sunglasses Hut. The name showcases the best selling products. This company is trash. Scamming people into buying broken and used pairs of sunglasses. They didn’t go over disclaimers with me before forcing me into buying their trash to meet the goal. The salesperson was Joseph. The worst experience I had. I never buy anything from this place ever. But because I was on a vacation. And I was in a happy mood. Joseph scammed me into buying these pairs of Rayban’s. Horrible experience. I recommend to stay away from this company.they will not honor your refund.

Today we went to exchange the sun glasses for another model and the saleswoman, RALMA, was super dedicated with us, polite and very efficient.we had a good experience with her considering that the place was very crowded she took the time to serve us very well.

Excellent variety of lenses! RALMA is the most efficient salesperson there is! It helps you get what you want and if it's not there, it gets it. I had the worst experience on 11/23/2022 evening around 8PM. Me and my kid walked in and trying few models. Suddenly in 5 mins I heard someone saying to my kid careful “those are expensive”. I was shocked hearing that for a minute. Then I realized what exactly she mean.
I asked what makes you to say that? She said I will also say the same to my kids. But she doesn’t need to say the price. She can be polite and ask nicely.
I asked another associate for manager to complaint. But to my shocking the one who is rude to my kid is the manager.
I will raise a complain to sunglasshut corporate and share the pics also who exactly I am referring to.
She didn’t even apologize for here comments. Looks like she said these words to many others before.
It’s disrespectful to say anyone mentioning price.
@sunglasshut - I request you to look into this situation once.

I am the regular customer and I bought Gucci pairs always today I bought for my mother in law DG glasses but I don’t speak Spanish the sale lady tried to talk Spanish to my mom but I am the one who gonna buy I felt not comfortable and everyone is keep annoying we were trying the sunglasses I can buy online but I wanted to choose for my face
So annoying I won’t go this store
