4We love this 55+ community. Ryna is super friendly & was so informative as she showed us around. Residents are friendly & there are so many amenities to find something you will enjoy.
I used to live at Sun lake and Loved it. The neighbors were wonderful. You have to realize what you put in it is what your going to get out of it. Be nice, you'll get treated nice. The only problem I had was I couldn't afford to live there anymore. My ground rent was going to be at 1,000. If I stayed. I had to move. Kicking and screaming.lol.but a Great place to live!
This is a good place to live in general.
But the management of grounds and amenities is lacking. Lots of things need replacing or repairing and it seems one has to push to get things fixed or properly cared for.
They aren't just taken care of automatically like at other 55 plus communities I have lived.
I will update my review if things change for the better.
Was looking forward to living there but they screen rental apps like your buying a home underwriting should not be do I ng the apps and when you explain the credit issue is from medical they shouls have some compassion.
