Sunlight Landscape, Pompano Beach FL

So I'll be honest; when I first reached out to Sunlight Landscape, I felt I wasn't getting as prompt a response as I wanted. But let's be honest, we live in a world of instant gratification. In truth, they were very responsive, even though there was a minimal delay. So one suggestion is that they look at their system for responding to and getting back to potential customers a little closer. I'll also say that I contacted them the week that TS/Hurricane Nicole was anticipated.

With that being said, I had reached out to a couple of other landscaping companies for estimates and one thing that stood out about Sunlight was their professionalism and delivery of the estimate. Additionally, I appreciated when Fong came out, asked me what I needed, listened and delivered on my requests. I wish I had a before AND after photo to share because my lawn was looking sad. After the crew from Sunlight Landscape finished installing new sod and cleaning up my trees and plants, it's like a new yard. Even a few of neighbors complimented the yard and the efficiency of the completing the job.

Fong even called later in the day (after the job was done) to see if I was pleased with the work. I plan to use them to keep my plants looking good and trimmed through out the year and any other services I may need. I'm very happy that I found this company and I highly recommend to anyone. Friendly and pleasant to work with.

They said they would be over to give estimate of work I need done asap per HOA I waited all day, they never showed. I called was told the guy would be over when finished with previous job, no show, no call. When I tried to reach them. No answer. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY I would like like to change my review. THIS COMPANY CALLED ME BACK THE NEXT DAY, CAME OVER ANDTHE WORK THEY DID WAS FANTASTIC. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY!

My lawn service was handled very professionally. Office & land scaper both did a thorough job. I highly recommend.

Saw them while I was driving called from vehicle. Came out next day removed a huge overgrown messy tree, now it’s sod ready. They were the bomb diggidy! Now they are my lawn care

I was recommended to Sunlight from a neighbor. Fong was responsive and scheduled to come out an view the property quickly. He sent over proposals by email within a few days of meeting. His team is professional and they arrived on time each day. They cleaned up the property after they were done. I am extremely happy with their service and would recommend them.

Jay and his crew came today for the first time. My yard, hedges, plants etc where very overgrown. After a short discussion they went to work. At the end my yard was beautifully manicured and polished just they way I prefer it to be. The whole crew worked as a team and asked questions of me as they progressed I highly recommend Sunlight and their crew

They cut the wires from the AC condenser and did not even apologize! Then they sent me the invoice for the service in which they caused me damage, never called me back to follow up, and now charged me again for the same service! I am disputing the charge with the credit card company and never dealing with their rude woman on the phone again

Sunlight did an awesome job removing my trees. They took out two huge trees from my front yard with no hassle and it looks like there was never any trees there in the first place! Thanks for the great work!

Their quality of work is great! In addition to doing our lawn maintenance, we just had them trim our avocado trees, massive hedges, and cut down a couple of trees - everything looks so good and they cleaned up all of the debris. Our house now looks like it did when we originally moved in. Super professional and shout out to Fong for being super responsive and walking us through all of our options!

Two quotes were provided - weekly or bi-weekly. I spoke with Fong to review the bid and establish service. The crew arrived as promised and did a very nice job. The entire process was handled professionally and I'm looking forward to continuing service with Sunlight Landscape!
