Customer service is absolutely horrible its almost impossible to figure out how to get in touch with them as there automated voice help thing when u call is too confusing.

Worst customer service ever. They stole $30 from us and were not willing to rectify or discuss the situation. Fraud in my opinion. You are better off finding another way to pay if vacationing.

If you can stay away from this company STAY AWAY, I got charged to my account via the transponder mounted on my windshield they took the money out then I got charged by plate.

I paid it by plate and my account still got sent to collections I dispute it to no avail. Needless to say I had to pay around $60 dollars for $3.55 in tolls which I paid twice and I have the transponder transaction as proof which they would not accept.

Use E-pass instead.

They recieved the bank statement saying its was charge unauthorized and yet they still charging me a 25 fee when in fact it was fraudulent. The supervisor rather argue than resolve the matter. Disgusting dont use the app it automatically takes your rt n acct number and signs u up for auto payment. This customer service ppl dont know how to deal with irate callers following their policies. Per request ask me for bank statement n dismissed it.

I give them a ZERO! DO NOT go with them because if something happens to your account. It's not their responsibility nor will they notify you until they have sent you an astronomical bill by plate. Then they won't do anything other than take your bank account and all the bill amount. I will be removing my sunpass I eurg you to go with another.

I had a issue with the "on line" re-registion" of my NEW Visa card, after several failed attempts.
I called Sun Pass Customers Service. The answering agent couldn't have been more efficient and friendly!
We had everything completed within minutes.
Thank you Sun Pass for outstanding assistance!
You're my new BFF.)

I can see why the star rating is so low, I just talked to a girl that acted like I was a nuisance asking questions about my bills, what a joke. I won’t be using the sun coast anymore, somebody should come up with a way to avoid it altogether for everyone.

The online process can be a little cumbersome but work with a telephone personnel has always been very courteous and results-oriented. Haven't encountered any overcharge errors after 3 years of use.

Yes they were able to help me with my account, although they were not friendly and I felt like a complete bother. If I could have done it myself online I would have.

How and the heck am I getting charged for a car that I dont own AGAIN! No way to speak to a person and no way to dispute it online because there is no way to go to the next step after entering the information on the invoice? This may be the biggest scam in florida!

Awful, awful, awful. This should not be a customer service center, because they are absolutely not interested in providing service. Save your time. Don't bother calling. CSRs, Supervisors - all worthless.

New wave of doing things.let's just say I felt old. No long wait or ah bunch of paperwork. Nope just license plate # and money. Pay the bill, walked out less than 3 minutes. I had over thirty tolls my bill was 40 bucks. Better that than ah lean on my DL.

Sunpass should be ashamed for not helping people out. I called customer service because I got a bill of $860 and I have a transponder and the lady did not want to give me sunpass discount because I didnt have transponder on so I have to pay full price in order to renew my registration. Of course when sunpass is taking out $30 every 2 days without even a notice or going to turn it off and my CC info was not updated. I've done this before with my wife's account that she forgot to have her transponder in the car and no problem we were able to resolve it with sunpass discount and last year it happened to me and no issues. This time they want to steal everything you have with no help. As a federal employee I will continue to fight for this. All I want is my sunpass discount and actual pay what I should be paying. I will change my rating/review once we resolve this issue.

System was down and the rep told me to call back. I asked for a faster way to expide the call since the machines don’t really give you a “Representative” option. The lady hung up the phone on me. After calling back the second lady Brandy has an attitude and wasn’t really trying to help. The machine told me Mu account was low $9. Brandy told me $68! After asking to be transferred to the survey, Brandy puts me on hold and doesn’t connect me to the survey. I doubt my debt was paid off. If I see any sus charges on my card I’ll know it was from this unprofessional place.

In short if you are not a Sunpass customer DO NOT use their express lanes for risk of being fined- even if you have a pass they claim is comparable with their system.

If you are not a Sunpass customer-even though it is said that Sunpass will link with your alternate account (like epass) know that it is not guaranteed. The customer service as you can imagine is lacking and expect to only hear scripts on repeat. As you will see in other reviews reading scripts is their specialty most likely in the hopes to annoy you to just hang up with them.

As the companies are different entities Sunpass will not assist you for invoices they send out as they "cannot review epass information" and will not assist besides stating how they are different entities. So on top of charging you the toll they also add fees for utilizing a pass lane without a Sunpass even if you have a comparable pass and threaten to "prevent you from renewing your license plate"- even if you can prove you have the pass and that it worked fine on other plazas same trip. If you try proving your side they they turn it on "it's possible the reading equipment was not working and that is why your pass was not read- you're still responsible for the toll and charge as we had to process this, allow time for mailing, and time to allow your balance to remain overdue with us. " The fact they acknowledge their equipment was possibly at fault but won't take any responsibility for it and instead place the added fees on you is crazy!

If you have a pass with a different company you're safer to drive to the attendant than to hope your pass works. Better yet consider a non toll road as often the difference is minimal compared with the cost.
